Edge Estuary - Excellent and Engaging
Lovely clean house on the estuary edge with lovely wildlife. Everything you look for in a rental property. Very quiet neighbourhood perfectly placed for exploring and enjoying everything in the Mandurah area. Thank you Liane .

Estuary Edge Holiday
What a wonderful place to stay. Close to amenities, great for the kids to play in the estuary, ride their scooters along the cycle path, go crabbing, plus the puzzles and games available in the house. It really was amazing time for us to relax and the kids to have fun too. Will definitely come back another time.

girls weekend
property beautiful perfect location. A few things need repairing. In the outdoor/indoor room one of the dining table chairs is broken and dangerous. Also the sliding screen door leading to outside from that room does not stay on the runners so screen cannot be locked. Otherwise we had a great time and love the house.

Amazing view and very spacious.
We all had a wonderful 2 weeks, sitting out the back watching the boats and pelicans. Very well fitted out for cooking and plenty of lounging space. We were 5 adults and never under each others feet. Lovely quiet and safe area. Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful home.

Weekend away
Great location, spacious, nice view but needed a little bit more touch to make it more homely. There is a coffee machine but no pods provided or at least advice what kind it takes. Also need to advice that it is self catering to bring everything needed inc towel & hangers.

Beautiful home with a lovely view of the estuary. Huge rooms and amazing theatre room. Just great.
We had a fantastic stay. The pictures did not do it justice. The estuary was a perfect view from the enclosed alfresco. Huge rooms. Great theatre room. Highly recommend this property. Plenty of room for everyone.

Xmas work get away
Location is excellent right on the estuary with the grassed area just of the patio.The house is large enough for 8 people, with room to spare. Outside entertaining area is perfect with the large table and chairs. The enclosed room on the patio is perfect for when you want to be outside but still be inside.

WHAT A STUNNER
Walking through the front door was just breath taking. My family loved every bit of it. The view was just amazing. What really got us was the beautiful pelican in the main bedroom(My stepdad who passed away just recently loved pelicans) Communication was spot on and can’t wait to go back. Luxury and serenity
A perfect winter getaway. The house is spacious and comfortable. Beautifully furnished and we'll equipped. The location is great, beautiful views, walking distance to park, coffee shop and other amenities. Excellent communication with host. Our only complaint is that our stay was too short 😂 Thank you so much.

Falcon at its best!

Wonderful spacious property
One of the best houses our group (4 mature ladies) has stayed in. lots of space to relax, very clean with a stunning view. We self cater so the kitchen facilities are important & although we were unable to locate a saucepan it was otherwise very well equipped. Beautiful location and house.
We had a wonderful 4nt stay at Estuary Edge. It’s in a good location and the view over the estuary is spectacular especially at sunrise. The beds are very comfortable as are all the furnishings. The complimentary toiletries were nice as were the hand towels and bath mats. There were plenty of tea towels and dishwasher tablets. Definitely recommend for a relaxing get away. We will be booking again for next year.

A little piece of heaven
A beautifully presented holiday home with a magnificent uninterrupted view of the estuary. The hosts have taken the time to ensure that the accommodation is clean and comfortable and the large selection of games, books and DVD’s are at hand if you need. I’m sure we will be back again.

We had such a lovely stay at this beautiful property. We had a beautiful couple of days with good friends. Lots of talking, lots of laughing and we never tired of the beautiful views. The house was very well equipped with plenty of comfortable sitting areas and places where larger groups could find their own space if needed. So beautiful to wake to that amazing view and to take in the walks along the estuary.

Perfect for a Family Getaway
The “Estuary Edge House” was the perfect place for our family getaway. We loved everything about this house! You could not fault this beautifully presented home. Peaceful location, great views & close to a small Shopping Centre. Walking & Cycling paths at your front door step. This home is well equipped with quality furnishings & decor.
