i am sorry to hear that but i checked that room after you gone it was not that dirty,ya dirt was there which is we can clean if you actually want to stay that also corner room and exterior property and we did not rent that room too much but also we offered you diffrent with discount what else we can do?i am sorry you gone through this but that room has dirt it doesent mean all room has.thank you we look forward about cleaning with housekeeping.
