They didn't respect my reservation. They said sorry and good bye. They sent us to other different site , but it was far, and in other direction to New York. Only with one bed. Definitly we didn't have other option that accept that. We want our money back.

I can't say enough positive things about our stay at Sheraton Buck County Hotel. The hotel manager, Nekayah Williams and her front desk staff were friendly, professional and extremely accommodating. Our room was comfortable and clean. Complimentary coffee/tea was offered in the morning. I highly recommend this hotel.

The pool is actually heated, not just the pool area. Hot tub more for sipping since there’s not really any massaging effects. Room is spacious and relatively comfy. The best part is the location. Had a great stay that we actually extended it for a night before moving to our next destination. Hope to come back again next time.

They charged my CC 3 times for reason and they are telling me i stayed 2 nights when i only stayed for one i told them to check the cameras me checking out they said they got no cameras in the property

Sometimes you get more than what you’re paying for
We had a very interesting scenario with my mother back over Thanksgiving while she was staying at the hotel visiting family. The staff, especially Jamie and Charles took amazing care of her well-being. When I ended up moving my mother into care less than two months later, I realize I could stay at the same hotel. Her care facility is right up the street. It’s rare for me to find people that are so caring and go above and beyond but I found that with Jamie and Charles. I will continue to stay here just because I love the staff in the location. Please, they helped very much with my mother’s crisis over Thanksgiving, and that goes a long way. Five stars!

Very professional staff, comfortable beds but no top sheet. The staff in the dining room were especially friendly and enthusiastic to serve (Fran, Denise and Yoshi. We reported a domestic issue with our connecting room and they took our concerns seriously (they even gave us vouchers for a free breakfast buffet). Annoying club music played throughout the whole time even though it was Christmas Time. I also wish the fireplace stayed on rather intermittently but enjoyed the seating area by it nonetheless. The hotel needs some TLC too. Overall we were satisfied.

The woman who checked me in was rude, unattentive, and didnt seem like she could be bothered. Had to ask me three times if I needed 1 key. I wasn't there much because I was in town because my mom way dying. Checked in around 7, left not long after. Came back and couldn't sleep from about 4am till 9am. The door in my room, 208, had holes all over the inside of it, had to be forced shut. It was also coming apart. I took a shower and the mirror looked like the football team just burshed their teeth, and the walkin shower drained into the rest of the bathroom which almost caused me to fall. I decided to end my stay. No one was at the desk to check out, I left my key and left. Not enjoying any part of my stay not only for the person reasons, but because the room felt unsafe and unkept. Would never recommend this location.

Friendly bar staff, tina was great. I could see through the frame of my door, so noisy. $20 continental breakfast is a joke. I maybe had an equivelant to a $7 breakfast at a diner. Which wouldbe been fresh made to order.

TV didn't work, mini fridge didn't work - when I asked front desk to fix they could only move me to another room. Mini fridge in that room didn't work either. So had no way to keep drinks cold. Hot tub/spa was closed. Pool was not lit well in the evening. Lots of things broken or in disrepair. When I asked for an adjustment to my bill for these inconveniences I was told they could not do that. I would not stay here again.
