I am so sorry that our desk clerk was gone for so long. Sometimes they do need to leave to run an errand but it should never be for that long. The key machine and operating system are all password protected so I am not so concerned in that respect, but will certainly investigate such a long absence from the desk. Please accept my apologies and my assurance that will not happen again.

I am sorry that you have not received your funds. They were released by our hotel on 3/29 at 2.20am. I recommend speaking with your bank. Please be aware that you will not see a credit, just the release of the hold so there will no longer a pending charge. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the hotel and speak with me.
