Spacious but could be cleaned properly
My friends & family stayed here for 5 days, although the place was spacious & the manager was great at communication, cleanliness of the place was simply not up to par.Much of the bathrooms had hand soaps, shampoos & conditioners that were either all the same product or had water in it. I mentioned it to the manager & they stated the cleaner said they are transparent, however all my guests & I know there were more water than product.It rained heavily during our stay & the basement flooded so 5 of us moved up to the living room area. We bought a mop & cleaned the place ourselves. Initially there was a stench upon entering the home, however after we removed the floor mats & mopped the floors, the stench dissipated heavily. I am convinced the cleaner doesn’t property clean the property because just a little sweeping & mopping from us made a huge difference. The beddings also did not smell freshly laundered.Parking is free, however it’s 2 hours everyday so be sure to move it every 2 hours. Unfortunately everyone in our party received parking tickets the weekend we stayed here.I rated this place 3 stars out of 5 for the good communication with the manager, however it was not as comfortable with all the issues we had from flooding, cleanliness & odors.
