Generic decor, plastic flowers and hotel "art" but that's fair enough. But very disappointing servicing of the unit. While every person contacted was very pleasant and responsive giving plenty of generic apologies for any inconvenience, the inconveniences mounted up. 1) Incorrect check in instructions 2) Missing Building Front door Fob 3) Bed made without a bottom sheet 4) After two nights without a bottom sheet, cheap IKEA polyester linens delivered were factory sealed, i.e. not washed. Too bad since 5) the Washing machine was broken 6) Remote control fan not operational until I fixed it with a reset 7) No manuals or instructions for appliances, electronic door lock. So I spent WAY TOO MUCH TIME, fixing things or trying to fix things, looking high and low for keys and linens that were not in the apartment and thus having to engage in back and forth, back and forth on message apps. Sorry, but there needs to be better quality control.
