When we arrived it was good but the morning there was not even enough food for my group of people. I paid extra money for breakfast but when we got there at 7:30 a few people got food and some didn’t due to no more food left. Later on that day we had some confusion about our keys so we ask them to unlock our doors until we can figure out if we had mistakenly left the keys in the room and the staff automatically as us to pay extra for a key. The following day some of our group was asked if we paid for breakfast not in such a nicely manner. There’s a female staff that just stands there not saying hi nor even help when we go down for breakfast no use of having someone without any people skills. We stayed there for a few days and booked 3 rooms I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone else.

5 Star Staff.
The staff at this hotel are some of the kindest individuals I’ve met in the industry. Breakfast is buffet style and has a good variety of options. One of the best mattresses I’ve slept on in SE Asia.

Not recommended
The reason I chose this hotel was because it was pet friendly. But the area under the bed where pet tends to get in was not cleaned at all and very dirty. If the facility is “pet friendly”, they should improve cleanliness. I also got rash all over my leg because of bedbug. I don’t recommend this place..

I liked the room itself, it had a nice preview on the beds. I didn’t like the rooms bathroom door was squeaky and hard to close, and there was a moldy smell.

Staff friendly enough but I wouldn't stay again.
Booked a delux room but was given a standard windowless room instead and told no delux rooms left. walls were dirty and our door key appeared to open every door - as I found out when I accidentally went to the wrong floor. They changed us to the delux the day after, no refund for the difference, the other room was nicer but the Friday night rave went on till gone 4am.

ou can leave luggage while touring-Free
This is a quaint little hotel not quite centre of the city service is beautiful staff non intrusive rooms small but adequate no street noise It’s near a big shopping centre Eon and a thriving food market dentist ( I had a tooth problem) Main thing is it’s got reasonable rates. I booked for 6 nights ended up staying 11 Left Luggage NOW THIS Is Important. Should you wish to travel around Cambodia or elsewhere don’t matter. These guys would allow you to leave you luggage for as long as it takes for FREE. I am in Malaysia at the moment my 20 kg are still there. This is not advertised but ask and you shall receive. MOSQUITOES Cambodia is mosquito country. These guys have long corridors and burn citronella oil at each end. A similar contraption is also in your room . I think I gad 1 mossie bit while I stayed there and I am not sure it was not from waiting gor street food one evening Breakfast Simple maths says buy your room with breakfast with booking you are buying breakfast at $1.09 for all the beans eggs rice French fries coffee orange drink stir fry salad fruit salad( did I say coffee) you can eat drink Had my breakfast at 9.30 am finished at 10.30 (was on holiday for goodness sake I can afford to take my time) and this carried me till dinner Been to Phnom Penh 10 times this is the first time I found such an agreeable hotel. I am Australian we are not known for tipping. I did tip here at check out

Expected more.. But liveable
Entering the hotel is very nice, they have plenty of seating inside and a couple of seats outside.. It all looks quite nice. The room on the other hand was less than impressive.. Very small, no window so no natural light, bathroom and toilet down the hall and shared (I don't think the hotel description made this clear), dead cockroach on the floor, very loud in the morning. Glad I only booked one night and It was pretty cheap, so can't be too disappointed

Not bad for the price
Other than our first day the room not being ready when we got there the rest of the time we had an enjoyable stay. Our first day we didn’t get into our room till almost 9pm because they were cleaning it. The room was good but the daily housekeeping services weren’t great however everyone was very friendly. Didn’t care for the security guards some were extremely pushy wanting to help and then saying oh you didn’t give me any money for helping you. Felt uncomfortable around one of them but the desk clerks were very nice.

Like - It is cheap and located within walking distance of casino and pubs. Dislike - Booking time the photos of the room on Expedia is of the wrong room type.

This is a hotel for shop-o-holic and Naga-holic.
I would rate this place the most is 3.5, definately not 4.0 or above.The cable TV was not OK.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, in a 3-person room What I like: 1) cheap price of the accommodation 2) buffet breakfast is pretty cheap if pre-booked with room 3) easy and fast check-in, and also check-out 4) not so crowded hotel 5) elevator is working fine (even though a bit slow and only one is available) 6) non-smoking room 7) drinking water is available free flow in the lobby 8) A waiter who can let us know which food is halal during the buffet breakfast 9) Iron is available (you just have to ask from the front desk) 10) Wi-fi usable in the room (although sometimes fails us) 11) descent toilet and bathroom + toiletries 12) over 60 TV Channels in the room (although most of them are not in English) 13) Three pair of slippers in the room, which is actually a pair of slippers and can be brought down to breakfast and sightseeing What I don't like: 1) We ordered for a room with 3 single bed, but end up getting a room with a single bed and a queen bed (totally unacceptable for 3 traveling men). When the porter sends us to our room, we are totally surprised. So the porter made a call to the front desk and tells us the next day we can change, that day is already full. The next day we came, they said they already gave us a 3-person room, what else do we want? Pfft, unfulfilled promise! 2) echoing corridor 3) losing a toothpaste on the second day. We assume it is unintentionally thrown away during room service. Nevertheless, we still don't like it, so it goes in the list

Bra läge, relativt centralt eller 2 USD med Tuk Tuk ifall man inte orkade gå till Royal Palace, Tuol-fängelset och andra centrala attraktioner. Vi skulle bli upphämtade med airport transfer av hotellet för 12 USD men de slutade svara mig och kom aldrig, vilket de bad om ursäkt för när vi kom fram och motiverade med att chauffören ej kom ifrån sitt andra uppdrag. I övrigt trevligt bemötande och helt okej frukost. Rummet var rätt slitet och litet (hade normalt dubbelrum) men utifrån priset var vi ändå nöjda och tog det för vad det var.

Prima verblijf in het drukke Phnom Penh. Ontbijt met oa keuze uit melk+cereal / toast / gebakken ei / khmer opties en divers fruit. Schone kamer met 2 ruime bedden, warme douche en wifi. Medewerkers van het hotel onwijs aardig en behulpzaam.
