Seré breve, evite ir a este hotel.
un hotel sucio y al borde del colapso. Me toco una habitación en el segundo, las escaleras inundadas de orines y con un apeste nauseabundo, la atmosfera es un riesgo para la salud por el hedor. la habitación con olor a perros. el pasillo superior tiene una deformación, inclinado casi al borde del colapso. hay personas dopadas por fuera del hotel, en la noche ruidos por las riñas de las personas en situación de calle que duermen en las escaleras y en los pasillos del hotel. nos quedamos por que ya era muy noche y solo dormimos como 5 horas.

Pesimo servicio de parte de la persona al hacer el check in, cuartos sucios, uno no servia la luz y el otro cuarno no servia la cerradura, nos cambiaron el cuarto y estaban igual de sucios, indiguentes durmiendo en las escaleras del hotel, no te avisan que no debes de estacionarte de reversa y si lo haces la grua se lleva tu carro, y no te dan razon a donde se lo llevan, El peor hotel que he estado

Muy mala actitud de las recepcionistas, me discriminaron por ser mexicano SON RASISTAS, no me respetaron la reservación, no me dieron la habitación que reservé, al momento de reservar en la aplicación decía que podíamos pagar en efectivo al llegar al hotel y que dejara una tarjeta de crédito solo para asegurar y al llegar no quisieron cobrarme en efectivo y me hicieron cargos excesivos a mi tarjeta de crédito. ME ESTAN COBRANDO 1DIA DE MAS ($1295.12) Y NO ME CONTESTAN EL TELEFONO.

Aunque esta bien localizado, el lugar esta rodeado de gente drogada y homeless. Terrible recepcion por la persona que nos recibió, no quiso leer la reservacion por estar en español, afortunadamente la gerente en turno lo hizo excelente. Esa persona fue racista y grosera. Le urge mantenimiento al hotel en varias partes (cambiar muebles, puertas, etc). El desayuno excelente y la atencion del resto del personal tambien.
