Truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the suite is comfortable and very well equipped, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the pool courtyard is beautiful and restful. I’m impressed and plan to return!

I was excited to stay here after my first reservation was cancelled but once we walked into the room that went away. The room was decorated nicely with modern “stuff.” It was clean and everything but the carpet was torn, it smelled of heavy perfume, and though it was a suite we had to move much of the decorations just to have a place for our luggage. The staff was nice but the music in the lobby is way to loud and again the heavy perfume… The breakfast was great and the property was nice, I just don’t think I would choose this place over a similar option.

This property was conveniently located for the places that we needed to get to while in the Phoenix area. Unfortunately it is starting to show its age; carpets and some doors were in rough shape and showers should be updated with newer fixtures and safety bars. The housekeeping “light touch” was ineffective in my opinion, necessitating numerous trips to the desk to request additional towels and TP. When the room was cleaned it was not done very well. We found bits of broken glass in the carpet on two occasions, so who knows how long they had been there.

The pool and courtyard were lovely. The room spacious, but could use a good cleaning/updating. The staff are nice. I would ask about convention/private events during your stay because it might effect your peaceful enjoyment of the facilities.

This is a nice, decently priced property for the Scottsdale area. The rooms, especially carpeting, need updating. We didn’t spend much time in the room other than to sleep. It is a small hotel but people are very friendly and the manager is extremely hands on, so nice and upbeat! I would stay here again, far enough away from Phoenix but close to fine dining and area attractions, all within 15-30 minutes.

Centrally located in Scottsdale. Pool area was a bit smaller than anticipated, and many areas were shaded much of the day. Was anticipating bar service longer during the day. Overall, we were happy with the facilities and amenities.

We love the cleanliness of the property, pool and courtyard. Even the free breakfast and cocktail hour are worth the $30.00 resort fee. However, our room was NOT clean. The carpet had not been cleaned or even vacuumed. The sheets were torn, and bottom sheet and mattress pad were too small and did not fit the bed. For the cost of the hotel per night, I expected better.

Our 2 bedroom king size beds plus a kitchenette room was great. It is a bit dated and could use some updating. But the property is very nice and the staff and housekeeping are great and friendly. The Free happy hour was wonderful. Snacks and wine or beer, all free, but you can leave a tip. Breakfast was awesome too. The pool area and grounds are very nice. This is a very beautiful property. I would stay again.
