This house is beautiful, and the pool was the highlight. Our family stayed for 5 nights and it was hard to keep my kids out of the pools they had so much fun! It's perfect for little kids with the shallow walk in area but also for bigger kids with a deep end to dive in, slide, and water fall. The property manager and owner were very responsive with clear instructions for check in and check out. It was a perfect family vacation!

Stay was great and manager was responsive with a couple things came up during stay (battery in smoke alarm, etc). Would recommend due to pool and great outdoor space. Interior was spacious and clean.

Great communication with property manager. The issue was the listing says it’s a 4 bedroom, 4 bath home and it’s actually a 4 bedroom, 3.5 home. It’s lists 4 showers and that’s not the case. We were 4 couples and expecting not to share. Otherwise, the pool area was great. Nice kitchen for a group to cook in. Location was convenient for baseball

Everything about the property was great and Ivan and his people were great! We had a group of guys out for a golf trip, we were very close to good golf courses, Westgate was 10 mins away. I personally prefer the stand alone hot tub which they had. It's nice to go on vacation and stay somewhere that is relaxing and clean and spacious.

First, Communication with Ivan was absolutely great! Cleanness of the house was top notch, and pool area is second to none! I 100% recommend this place for a family to have a great time.

The house was spacious, the backyard was beautiful, and it’s definitely perfect for a Phoenix summer! The description of the caretakers on property was buried in the bullet point about not allowing parties. Our fault for glazing over, thinking it didn’t apply to us due to not planning for any parties or extra guests. The caretaker area is not as secluded as the description leads you to believe. It is blocked off in the backyard by a makeshift wall of black mesh, right outside the master bedroom (the windows in the master had to stay shut due to this) and by the outdoor bbq. We were very thrown off when we saw a truck parked in the driveway that was not there when we left. I reached out to the owner at 11pm to clarify who it belonged to and he responded immediately. The caretakers never disturbed us during our stay and if we weren’t a group of moms with young daughters (and no blinds/curtains in the front or back half of the house), it might have felt less invasive, but I feel this needs clarifying as the listing description is deceptive. AC wasn’t on at all before check in. The house was 84 degrees when we anrrived and it took all night for the bedrooms on the other side of the house to cool down. We had to request to unlock the thermostat perimeters to get it cool enough. Besides these two things the house is great! The rec room with the games was used by the kids and was a great option for having fun inside. The backyard was wonderful! Communication was always fast!

The pictures don’t do this place justice!!!! It is a beautiful home with all the bells and whistles! Ivan (the owner) was super attentive and friendly. The backyard is huge and the pool is amazing!!!! We barely had to go anywhere because this property is like your own personal resort with privacy. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a safe, luxurious place with plenty of amenities!!! Will stay here again when I return for visits!!! Thanks Ivan for being such a great host, you have a beautiful property!

We had a lovely stay at this property. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool and giant yard. We found the location very convenient for shopping and it is also close to the baseball stadium and Wildlife park. The property is located in a nice quiet neighborhood that felt very safe.

Absolutely beautiful, roomy and easy to entertain with the family. Outside was beautiful. The large pool was the highlight with the children. We would consider renting this home again

Ivan was great to deal with and very responsive with any questions about the property. Videos are provided for using some of the features within the home and he met us at the house upon arrival to show us around including the pool controls. The pool was amazing with a resort feel huge yard and our kids loved it. Hot tub was nice to have for the evenings. We will definitely book here again.

This is such a great property. The pictures don’t do it justice. We were in town with family to enjoy the weather and to see a game at State Farm Stadium and this was the perfect place to stay. It was big enough that our group of 8 could spread out, and the outside area was amazing. The pool was enormous, and there were several places to sit and relax. Ivan was so helpful before and throughout our stay. He communicated with us frequently and gave us great tips for the house and the surrounding areas. If you’re considering renting this property, don’t hesitate! Five stars all around!

This property is amazing. The house was very clean and the pool was amazing. First thing the kids did when arriving was threw their bags down and jumped into the pool. Great location. Ivan was always readily available if needed and very nice and helpful with all our questions. We definitely would recommend this place to friends and family. Definitely would and will rent again.

This property won’t disappoint. It’s like having a resort right in your backyard! Beautiful home and neighborhood! My only minus would be the hot tub! It’s older and could use an upgrade. It just doesn’t go with how amazing this home is and backyard is. The owner is so wonderful and kind,anything we needed he was there for us! I could send a text and he would respond in minutes. You will NOT regret renting this property I promise. The beds are great and lots of towels for inside and out. Just simply a beautiful home. We have been renting homes in the Phoenix area for years with our 4 children and this one was by far the best rental we have rented. We will be back for sure next spring!
