Short & sweet family holiday
In town to catch the Suns game and this spot was great - good location, lovely pool, comfy beds and all the amenities we needed. Nice to have meals poolside - now back to the rain!

Okay but some issues
The home itself and location were okay. Friendly neighbors and fit our needs, however... we were surprised when we went to go into the home that there was a baby watching cartoons and the cleaners still on sight. They told us to come back in another hour or so (in which case I did pay for the early arrival and they told me when we landed at the airport that we could go directly to the home and check in). The next day as we are out by the pool and two of the little girls swimming, a pool guy just walks in the back gate and starts cleaning the pool?! Doesn't say anything, introduce himself and is trying to clean the pool around the girls?! I did politely ask if there was a pool cleaning scheduled because we were not aware and if the girls needed to get out of the pool. I tried to contact "my host/communication" but no response. Really awkward, unsafe and inconvenient to have a male walk in unannounced to clean the pool when you are in it on vacation. Also there was mold in the master shower. Besides those, it was okay, but don't think we would stay there again!

Great House in MidTown Phoenix
The house was exactly as expected. Of course, our family has lived in this neighboorhood for 50+ years and have a couple of family members living a few streets over. However, this place is very well maintained and clean. Recommended to anyone that wants to stay in cental Phoenix.

Convenient and quiet
Enjoyed the home. Very nice renovations. Beautiful kitchen. Television, ROKU, was limited for sports including college football. The thermostat is also a bit tricky. Overall a very nice property and pleasant stay.

The home was very clean, had everything we needed, and was in an ideal location for our needs. The backyard was perfect for our dog, and the neighborhood was nice for morning walks.

Wonderful area to stay while visiting Phoenix.
It was a wonderful place to stay. It is in a quiet neighborhood. We were in Phoenix to bring our granddaughter to attend GCU and the university was in close proximity to the house. The house is central to everything and we were able to shop for all the things our granddaughter needed for her apartment. It was great to have a lot of amenities such as the air conditioning, washer and dryer, TV and the pool. Everyone enjoyed the pool, especially our grandson. Whenever we had a concern, Justin was also available to assist us. The house was neat and clean but I think that it would have been nice to have the wooden floors mopped or steam cleaned because our feet was dirty after walking on the floors barefoot (we did use the swifter wet mop from the closet).There’s also some cobwebs in the ceiling in the dining room. The TV remote was missing in the master bedroom but we were able to use the tv remote from the living room. The dining table chairs were wobbly and needs to be attended to. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and would love to stay there again in the future.

Clean home, great kitchen
Great stay, clean home, good “day of” communication. One dodgy toilet seat needs replacing in the non-master bath. Will update to 5 stars if the property fine print is corrected to state “Hot tub is 85 degrees or cooler. $50 additional daily fee to heat the hot tub.”
