Bien en general, desde la recepción muy amable, la habitación bien, cama muy confortable, llegamos por la tarde y había comida y bebidas sin costo, muy buena y por la mañana el desayuno bueno y suficiente. Hay vehículos del hotel que te llevan al aeropuerto, sin costo. Bien en general

Excelente estadía
Todo estuvo excelente. El precio si es un poco elevado, pero te incluye desayuno y bebidas, con lo que creo que se equilibra un poco. El estado en general del hotel es excelente parece nuevo. Las camas muy cómodas, el Personal de recepción muy atento y amable.

Es un hotel ya con años de servicio, sucia la alfombra de la habitación ,las cortinas y las almohadas huelen mal, los elevadores sucios le falta mantenimiento

One staff member at night around 9 pm was super inconvenient when waiting to check in. There were several of us waiting on a Friday night. Lots of construction to and from- the hotel, which was challenging using GPS. Breakfast was average and room toiletries were awful.

The staff is wonderful and the evening meal brings everyone down to the lobby in a nice atmosphere. We even found something that met the restrictions of our vegan diet, which was so welcome after a day of travel. The facility itself is showing wear, I found long dark hair in the bathroom, and our window was dirty and smeared. Looked like the result of a quick cleaning with a dirty rag. Ruined the view we had paid for. We would probably stay here again but can’t give them 5 stars.

Staff was professional and courteous. Beds were comfortable, and the room was quiet in spite of the fact we were near the airport! Easy check-in and check-out. Offered complimentary evening snacks and breakfast.

Front desk gal was so welcoming and found us a room on a higher floor which was much appreciated. We had a balcony with a view of the planes landing at the airport and the most beautiful sunset. We had the pool to ourselves for almost an hour and it was very clean and the water temp was perfect. Would stay here again!

This was the perfect hotel to stay at the night before flying out of Phoenix. Excellent location near the airport. This may have been my favorite hotel I stayed at during my 10 day Arizona trip, which includes 5 different hotels. They actually served a complimentary buffet dinner, as well as a drink. I have never seen that before and was extremely impressed. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, and the shower was great. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again

I think the pricing was overpriced for the property. Maybe it is because there is a meal/drinks included with the reservation. I would rather a lower price and no dinner (there was not much I could eat at it). However, very nice staff, room and location.
