After arriving and having paid, the person at the front desk told me that I did not have a reservation and that it had been canceled and I had to look for a hotel, when I had already paid for it... with two small children

It s average. It doesnt provide free wifi. It has many rules, like you have to show all people s ID to enter a room (whether if they are visiting or staying). The check in hour was at 15:00, we arrived 30 minutes late and the room wasnt ready still, so we have to wait 30 minutes to get it.

Las áreas comunes se encuentran en buenas condiciones pero la habitaciones y su equipamiento están deteriorados. El personal es amable, la reglas son claras. El área donde se encuentra es un poco solitaria

The property is currently undergoing renovation but if it is very cheap, the only thing is that you must request a non-smoking room otherwise you would end up in a room with a bad smell of cigarettes.

Sin conexión a internet solo por pago, ruidoso debido a que está junto a autopista y pasan bastantes aviones. Para pasar la noche está bien, para estancias largas no. Además que las instalaciones y mobiliario lucen viejos.

Lamentablemente no nos fue tan bien
No tuvimos una estadia tan comoda como la esperada. Cuando llegamos, casi no nos dan nuestra habitacion pues estaban sobrevendidos y las habitaciones disponibles no estaban limpias, pero no habia personal de aseo dsiponible tampoco. Cuando nos entregaron las habitaciones, eran para fumadores :( Debo decir que el personal de la recepcion fue muy amable, pero la solucion al problema fue demorada y no tan facil. Rescato la voluntad de ayudar de Don y Raul! La limpieza general del hotel no era tan buena y el estado de las habitaciones muy deteriorado, muy diferente a las fotos que estan publicadas

Lo peor de peor/ worst ever seen
Nunca vengan. Reserve por 30 dolares, cuando llegué, me dijeron q no se tomo mi reserva y me cobraron 57. Internet, te lo cobra aparte una compañía, con tarjeta de credito, 6 dolares y una velocidad pesima. El baño encontre escremento, la tele no me anduvo. Lo peor que vi en mi vida

Camas comodas y limpias al igual que el sanitario aun cuando las instalaciones no son nuevas, la 📺 es de la vieja generación. Punto extra ya que nos aceptaron el check in 4 hrs antes sin ningún cargo extra y considerando el precio cumplio con nuestra expectativa. Si vas de paso y quieres descansar te va bien pero no es un lugar que recomiende para vacacionar

Toilet barely worked. Water poured into bathroom from upstairs unit (although it was cleaned up quickly by staff). Didn't like the fact that ID had to be shown for each guest in the room. The whole vibe of the motel was one of unease.

Unbelievable that Expedia even does business with a rat hole like this. So crime infested that an armed security guard in a flak jacket patrols the area while the Desk clerk operates behind a thick wall of bullet-proof glass. The first impression of the room they gave us was the smell of urine. Only after recovering from that did we notice that the bathroom has no door, just a curtain, and the shower and toilet are in the same stall like a prison cell. But the last straw was when I found the pair of dirty socks and men's underwear stained with feces on the floor next to the bed. By this time my girlfriend was crying. Needless to say we left the premises.

I wasn’t allowed in the lobby and had to sign in at a window in what felt like a dangerous area. The air conditioner can’t turn on. I was told it was on the first floor. It was on the second and faced the freeway. Sink has a hole in it.

Drug deals happening all night in front of my door, and prostitutes hanging around every night. It’s also directly in the flight path of planes taking off. Every time I fell asleep I woke up an hour later because some drug dealer was getting in and out of his car or some women were arguing outside. I’m from Cleveland and I’ve lived in Baltimore too. Believe me when I say this is not your average cheap motel, it’s projects bad.
