Our stay was amazing! The house is beautiful and by far the cleanest most well provided home we've ever stayed in. The pool and view from the house is gorgeous. The property management had excellent communication. The pool umbrellas were damaged the first day we tried to use them. I reached out to let them know and they dropped off new ones that afternoon. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay.

This property is a perfect location for rest, relaxation and recharging your batteries. House is beautiful, backyard landscaping and pool are incredible!! Has all amenities you expect and more! Communication with property manager was concise. Fountain Hills property is close to a casino resort and golf club and many fantastic locally owned restaurants. Truly enjoyed the community and access to other parts of metro area through great roads and highways was prettt convenient. Plan to stay at this property again in the future!!

We truly enjoyed this home. Very spacious and clean. The pool was perfect . It was heated to 90 degrees when we got there . The temperature of pool was very easy to adjust to your liking. Only issue I had was when I requested early check -in since we arrived 2 hrs early That was offered for an additional 65. It nearly took me 1 hr to get in the home After multiple emails and calls .

My husband, sister-in-law and I stayed at this beautiful home for almost 3 weeks late February through mid-March. It was everything we hoped it would be, from the well-stocked kitchen, comfortable and plentiful furniture, comfortable and clean beds and bedding, to the wonderful back area with its gorgeous views and the perfect pool. Paying to heat the pool was well worth it as it was one of the cleanest and most enjoyable we’ve experienced. We really appreciated that the home was quite generous with its supplies of garbage bags, soap, shampoo, etc. Although it was the first time we’ve stayed farther out from Scottsdale which did make for longer driving times to places we love to frequent, we would definitely choose this house again for all of the reasons listed.

We were a little worried being a bit further out of town but Fountain Hills had everything we needed and it was just a quick 20-30 minute drive into Scottsdale. Very well stocked! Pool was great! Had a great few days!!!

Came to town for a collector car auction - rented the home for my fiancé, friend, my Dad and I. We all loved it. Location is great. Home was everything we wanted. Clean, furnished great, extremely comfortable, and the backyard was perfect with an amazing view. My boyfriend actually proposed to me on this trip in the backyard next to the pool, the views at sunset were amazing!! Will definitely be renting again next time we are in town. 10/10 recommend 🙂

Awesome home!! The pictures and descriptions on the listing are spot on. The home is beautiful and fully stocked. The pool was super clean and very well maintained. We probably spent 30 hrs in the pool over the week-long stay. We would definitely rent this home again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property in Fountain Hills. The views were breathtaking, the location was perfect, and the home itself was nothing short of extraordinary. Our family thoroughly enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially by the pool. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and the décor was beautifully done. The kitchen was well stocked, making meal preparation a breeze, and we appreciated all the amenities the home had to offer. We were thoroughly impressed with both the rental home and its serene surroundings. We definitely look forward to staying here again in the future!

I cannot say enough good things about this property! The home is beautifully decorated and spacious. It was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed from amenities to necessities. Hot water in showers was great and lasted long. Plenty of towels and linens. My family also loved the pool and pool area in the back of the house and the great view. We felt at home as soon as we entered. I cannot express how helpful Arizona Vacation Home Rentals was regarding some issues we had not pertaining to the house. They were very attentive to our calls and texts and for getting back to us right away. Looking forward to staying at this property again next year! Thank you for letting us share this great home!

The layout of this property is perfect for 2-3 couples. Very spacious, very private, and in close proximity to the We-Ko-Pa casino, dining, and multiple golf courses. Would highly recommend for families/friends looking to get away or take a retreat near Phoenix Arizona.

Great property in Fountain Hills! Just minutes away from the historic Fountain that will shine every hour for about 15 min. Close to Scottsdale, Tempe and Mesa and about 2 hours to Sedona. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. House is well stocked with linens, towels and spices to make your favorite dinner. We used the gas grill and it worked perfectly. The pool was very nice, private and my family and I enjoyed the waterfall feature. The lounge chairs at the pool were super comfortable. Beds were super comfortable and rooms were quiet. When all blinds were open in the house, there was a lot of light. Perfect location and would stay again!

This is the second time we stayed at this house and we loved it as much this time as we did the first time! The house is perfect for family fun together! The pool is amazing and the view are incredible. We absolutely love the house and all that it includes! As we think about our next trip to Arizona, we will definitely think of staying a third time! 3 couples stayed a week in this house for a golf trip. It was about 30 min from Scottsdale but the town of Fountain Hills had plenty to offer. Pool was nice - kitchen was well stocked. Beds were very nice with tons of linens and towels. The master suite is huge and the shower amazing! House was a bit dark but if you turned all the lights on everywhere it was ok. Pool equipment was a bit noisy. We went to 3 amazing dinners right in town Ember in the Casino, Sapori and Some Guys Pizza.

This was our first vacation to Arizona and we were celebrating our 30th anniversary. Couldn’t have had a better home to stay in. It was perfect. Location was great. We had a great time site seeing and loved relaxing time in the home and pool! Would love to stay there again.
