Me gusto mucho el hotel es muy grande y limpio pero falta mas estacionamiento tuve que dejar mi vehiculo muy lejos y no es el hotel que yo esperaba ver la imagen de las albercas es muy diferente a lo que es porque.todo esta en miniatura creo quw es ideal para niños muy pequeños. Y yo reserve con otro precio con promocion con todo y el impuesto de hotel pero al llegar aqui pague mas.

Planeamos pasar unos días con los niños nos llamo la atención el parque acuático ese abre de 10 a 7 fuera de la habitación las instalaciones son presentables. Pero dentro de de la habitación 1104 estaba sucio, las puertas despintadas nos alojamos 3 días en esta misma la segunda noche empezamos a mirar cucharas en diferentes partes de la habitación. No regresaría a este luego por el precio de habitación se puede conseguir algo mejor.

Very bad. Check in is at 4pm but the water park closes at 5pm; the check out is at 10am and the water park opens at 10am, so there’s a minimum of 2 nights required if you want to use it. We were never told their schedules at the time of check in. Pools and water park are too small related to the amount of rooms. The hotel is old. Is not a good idea for couples..too many kids and the adult pool is not open. The only good thing is that they accept big dogs.

I'm sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay. We do allow early access to the water park after noon on your day of arrival for no additonal fee so you're able to enjoy the water park. Check-out time is also at 11am, not 10am.

The pool & lazy river are really good , our kids had an amazing time there . Food at restaurant was delicious. Staff from all over the hotel were really friendly and helpful when we need it help .

Loud. Terrible mattress past its prime. Charged for premium water but was only brought some cheap off brand water. As far as hiltons go this has to be one of the few that aren't so great.

Beautiful property! I was there with my family for graduation! The staff was friendly and courteous! We called and asked for extra towels and blankets, staff was always courteous and prompt with service! We enjoyed the water park, lazy river, and the pools! We will definitely be back again!!

I enjoyed the facility very much. I would like more food options within the resort. It would be great if the Starbucks in the resort had more food to offer. The room we stayed in needs to upgrade the bathroom especially the shower/tub. Last year the room we got was better and updated. The employees are great i really appreciate how welcomed we feel there and not afraid to ask any questions. Thank you for a great weekend stay. I thought it was a great idea to have a full bath and a half that helped out very much it is brilliant. Overall it is great but updating the rooms would be wonderful and the fee that we get charged daily is crazy because i would think i already payed everything when I reseved the room and then an additional fee to stay at the resort? I didn't appreciate that because it's obvious that i am using the pool and other facilities in the resort if i am staying there why charge daily on too of the expensive fee to stay there.

The hotel room was ok. It was spacious and clean but dated. The couch smelled like feet. Our door handle and lock was not working properly and had to be replaced while we were there. The staff was friendly, but it sucked to sit there for an hour waiting for it to be replaced. The hole in the wall restaurant was not good. The salsa was not hot at all and tasted like it came out of a can. The pizza was so gross, my husband who eats anything, spit it out. The staff there were friendly though. The pools and golf were fun.

We love this place! I was here last year with my dad and my younger sister to celebrate her birthday. My sister loved it so much we came here again!! My sister is 53 years old and has down syndrome. She loves the waterslide, lazy river and mini golf! So many fun things to do without having to leave the premise. I especially want to mention that the staff are all very friendly and helpful specifically PATTY WASHINGTON. My sister requires some assistance; Patty gave us connecting rooms that were close to the pools. She also let my sister choose 2 gifts from the gift shop (as a bday gift) which she personally signed for. Patty was so kind and very understanding of my sister's specific needs. Having connecting rooms made our vacation experience so much better and easier. Thank you to Patty and all the staff for your kindness and generosity that made our trip a fun and memorable one! See you again next April 2025!!

Staff was excellent starting with the front desk and ending with the maid service. Hotel is undergoing remodeling and should have stated that on the website. Onsite restaurant was closed due to remodeling, but excellent nearby restaurants to be golf carted to by hotel staff. Microwaves would have been nice addition to the hotel rooms.
