Family Spring Training Reunion

The house was a great place for our 11 person family reunion. The pool was clean and heated to 85 degrees. The hot tub was also clean. Great place for outdoor activities. It is also conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, ballparks, TopGolf and other activities. The property managers were very responsive to our requests. The only issue we had was that one of the showers in the Casita leaked all over the floor. We had to put towels down to walk in the bathroom. The managers said it would be addressed. We would stay again.

Great property for a group trip

We rented this beautiful house for our wedding party, most of whom flew into Scottsdale from out of state. The size of the house and backyard amenities were perfect for our needs. There was ample space and bedrooms, lots of fun things to do, and it was easy to get to. The check-in process was simple and they even left us a welcome gift, which we appreciated. With all of that said, I don't feel like I got my money's worth. We paid a huge amount of money for a 5-night stay and with that amount of money, I felt like everything should have been perfect. Management was responsive, but there were too many issues. Part of the casita was out of hot water for a while. The hot tub did not work, and when they came to "fix it", nothing was actually fixed. The internet went out on the evening before check-out, which put a big damper on our game watch party scheduled for that night. Also, there was a faint smell of sewage in half of the main house. Great property, but just overpriced. I would totally stay again for a lower rate and fewer issues.

Advertised indemnities

We were initially drawn to the advertisement due to the numerous appealing activities available on the property. However, upon our arrival, we encountered several issues. Most of the amenities we were eager to enjoy were either in disrepair or out of order. Upon our arrival, we were disheartened to find the pool and hot tub in a deplorable condition. The management promptly called in a pool maintenance technician, who diligently cleaned the pool but identified the hot tub as being exceptionally dirty. He assured us that he would return to drain and clean it. However, two days passed, and he never returned, leaving us feeling frustrated. Fortunately, the situation improved when they sent someone to repair the grill, which had filthy and broken grates. This individual also addressed the pool lights. Despite the management's efforts to assist us with the pool lights, they provided instructions for a different pool at another location, causing some confusion. Eventually, the technician cleaned the hot tub, but unfortunately, its buttons remained non-functional, and the water never reached an adequate temperature. Furthermore, the pool chairs were all in a state of disrepair, making it impossible to recline comfortably. Adding to our discomfort, a pervasive sewage odor permeated the master bathroom and extended to the outdoor seating area. The kitchen stove was an upgrade, but we struggled to get the oven to function properly; it only operated once during our stay.

Great House

Great for hosting a large group. Bedrooms accomodate 8 adults in solo bedrooms. Great common areas and outdoor set up is very nice. Property manager makes it easy.

Fantastic group vacation

This property was perfect for our family vacation. We had 5 families all together and this house met all of our needs. There was plenty of room and beds for everyone. The backyard was an arizona dream and kept us from needing to do much exploring, even though the location is very convenient. Minutes from old town, Kierland and paradise valley. The house is beautiful and well maintained. The property manager was quick to respond to any needs. Highly recommend this vacation property!

Family Reunion - A Tribe of 17!

Due to Covid, we have not been able to get together as a family. Our son, our youngest of five received orders to deploy overseas gave me a few weeks to organize a surprise. One problem is a place that could comfortably fit our large family. This property is gorgeous! The grounds beautiful and maintained, and we all felt safe there knowing the home was thoroughly sanitized. Seriously, it was pristine! The amenities, from appliances, sheets, towels, outdoor grill, furniture was all top notch - making it feel like home. We planned on going to a local site with a mountain backdrop, but the yard was so beautiful, we did the photos there. I highly recommend this location for any outing. The owner and manager were great timely communicators and accommodating to our questions and needs. Thank you Frank for helping us make a lifetime of memories in one weekend!
