Perfect location and comfortable home
We were visiting for graduation at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix. This house was in a quiet neighborhood just 20-25 minutes from Phoenix. The house had everything we needed to cook meals in and had plenty of seating inside or out on the patio. Two grocery stores were minutes away (Sprouts Farmers Market and Safeway). There was a movie theatre 5 minutes away too. There was plenty of room for the 6 adults staying. The bedrooms were good sized and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. There was also a small private back yard. The host was excellent to communicate with. We would definitely recommend.

Nice place and good location
Nice house and beautiful yard. Owner got back to me immediately when I texted with questions. Master bedroom was wonderful. Other bedrooms would have worked out better if each had a dresser. Showers were great! Many markets and restaurants nearby.

Perfect stay!
We stayed for ASU family weekend, 3 nights. House was very clean, nice towels and linens, beds were cozy. Our family of 5 stayed so the bedrooms worked perfect. House had k-cups on hand and kitchen seemed to have all the dishes we would need for a longer stay. Many options for food near by. I'm sure we will be back annually and will come back here especially at the current price :)

This property was a really great Place!
We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was in a really great location with not one but TWO Dutch Bros just around the corner! LOL! I almost wanted to move in for good. Haha! It was clean and really laid out well. We had plenty of room for the five of us. We were in town for a funeral and it was conveniently located right in the middle of all the things we needed to do.

Excellent property, guest contact and owner :)
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The property is very clean, has great beds, and AC! Check in and out was seamless and easy! Guest contact and owner were very prompt in answering my questions and texts. It is very close to the Peoria Sports Complex with so many good restaurant choices available in the immediate area. My son and I definitely would stay at this property again :)

Home away from home.
We were very comfortable in the home. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable - slept like a baby. We would definitely rent this home again. I would recommend staying in this home when you are visiting Arizona.

Fantastic property! Exactly like the pictures!
Great area, close to everything and the property owners were awesome, the neighbors are awesome and made us feel like we were part of their close knit family!! This property by far is one of the best we have stayed at!

Spring Training
Property very clean, beds very comfortable and location is great for spring training. We enjoyed the back yard, good area for ages 6-8yrs old to burn off some energy. Louise and Jim were very responsive and made check in easy. Thank you for sharing your home! Shelia

We rented this property for a month. The house was very comfortable and enjoyable. It is located close to shopping, entertainment and recreational areas. Jim, the owner, was very accessible . We had no issues come up during our stay, but it was nice to know that Jim was available if we needed him.
