Good weekend getaway

Two of us spent the weekend here, (in Fri- out Mon). It’s a nice house in a nice neighborhood. The location is really good, restaurants, grocery stores, and golf courses all close by. It was well stocked with the comforts of home and attention has been paid to the little details that make everything flow together.Along with other reviewers, we were not told ahead of booking about the additional cost of HEAT to the pool. Although I’m aware that heating a pool is expensive, it should be posted more clearly as an option on the VRBO website. We opted out of the heated pool.I would definitely stay here again! … don’t pass it up.

Painted Mtn Golf

The house was spotless, well equipped. All the rooms are very nice sized. The orange tree was a big bonus. In general very happy with the home, although I was disappointed in finding out after the booking of the additional cost of heating the pool. Apparently it is the norm in Az to charge to heat the pool, there was not any mention of the cost initial booking that I saw. Great house.Jesse

Felt at home

Very clean, great mattresses, slept great. Beautiful sun sets and patio area. Would like to have used the pool but the 90/day to heat the pool seemed quite high. We felt right at home. Would stay there again.

Couldn't be more pleased!

This home is situated in a very quiet, easy to get to neighborhood. The kitchen was well equipped. The master bathroom had a shower only plus there were safety bars in each area which were very helpful. I had an injured kneee and the bars made it easier to get up and down. We especially liked the large patio ane since the home is situated on the golf course, it was very peaceful. Everything was immaculate. We would definitely want to stay here again!

Great getaway

We absolutely loved this home! It was the perfect location for visiting family and sights in the area. We loved the backyard and pool!! Sunsets were beautiful! Hiking trails close by. Good shopping & restaurants also super convenient!

Great view of the golf course

This condo was located on the fairway of the 13th hole with a view of the green from the pool area. The unit has a beautiful open floor plan with the living room and kitchen/dining room. The appliances were modern. The kitchen was equipped with a wide range of dishes, baking and cooking equipment. The TV picked up local stations. The bed was very comfortable and the showers were great! Big closets. We did not use the pool, but there is ample space to sit outside by the pool and relax and watch the golfers.

Beautiful Winter Escape

This home is a beautiful place for anyone looking to get away from the Midwest winter weather! First thing first, walking into this home is extremely warm and welcoming! And we would DEFINITELY stay here again and again. To be totally honest, we have a wedding to attend in September 2024 and are definitely looking at this home for that trip. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked with dishes, pots, pans and baking equipment. The dining area is great for meals. The living room area was perfect for relaxing after our sightseeing adventures. Watching the golfers from the lanai was fun but OOOOO the sunsets from there are spectacular. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are firm but very comfortable. Bathrooms are perfect for our needs. Having laundry equipment onsite is one of our must haves and the size of these units are great! Very big, although a little slower than home, they did the job well. While we did not use the pool, it was beautiful and perfectly clean. The yard is great and the BBQ grill was a great touch. This home is also perfectly situated in the heart of a lot of shops and restaurants. Also conveniently located to many sightseeing destinations. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOME.

Great place to stay

Great 2 bedroom house in a great neighborhood, backing onto a golf course. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool while watching golfers hitting balls in the pond:) The kitchen was well stocked and it was a perfect place for our spring break vacation!

Midwesterners’ Working Vacation

We stayed at this property for three weeks in February, 2023. We worked most mornings and vacationed in the afternoons. The home includes a separate desk and office chair which provided a good work space in addition to the kitchen table. The Wi-Fi signal was strong. The sunset views from the patio were wonderful. We paid an extra daily fee to have the pool heated for our stay. The water was warm but the air was too cool! Arizona has experienced some strange weather this winter! The entire home was extremely clean. The kitchen was well appointed with cookware and table service, but contained very few spices or other pantry items. There is a ton of closet space in both bedrooms. Painted Mountain golf course was “ok” but we preferred Longbow which was just a five minute drive from the home. The home is located very conveniently to the 202 and is just minutes away from gas, grocery and other services. We enjoyed meals nearby at Alessia’s Italian Restaurant, Red White & Brew and The Hub. Aside from the weather which was out of our control, it was a very enjoyable stay.
