A few minor things, like a missing toilet seat bolt, but overall great place. The house is really nice, everything worked, very comfy beds, and the dogs loved the yard! Highly recommend.

The property manager was great. She was always quick to respond to my text inquiries.We had everything we needed in this lovely property. Modern appliances, large fenced yard with trees & shrubs. 2-car garage, 4 bedrooms with great beds, 2 full baths, laundry, comfortable accommodations for up to 8 people. I have friends that live nearby in their own homes. But we spent most of our time enjoying the shaded patio or the large comfy 8-seat dining table, eating or playing board games. This property has much more, but you need to enjoy it for yourself.

So dog and kid friendly. We were able to actually cook a couple of home cooked meals on vacation to take a break from the restaurant scene and it fit all six (plus two dogs) of us perfect. Only thing I would recommend is TVs in the bedrooms, sorry but kids today (and adults) sometimes need things to fall asleep to.

The backyard is a great place to relax and enjoy. The house is located close to the highway while being close to restaurants and shops.The interior of the house is nice too.

In our group, there were eight adults and two dogs that stayed at the property. We had lots of room to rest and relax in between wedding related activities over our six day stay. There are two living spaces to spread out and a nice dining room table to gather around. The kitchen was fully stocked and met our needs when cooking breakfast. The bedrooms and loft are spacious, especially the master bedroom. The beds were comfortable and it was nice and cool with ceiling fans throughout the house. The property was stocked with all the things we needed. The backyard was great for our dogs too.

My husband and I recently stayed at this property with our dogs. It was a wonderful and quiet neighborhood with great backyard. This home is well appointed with all the things you could possibly need for a comfortable stay! We will def stay here again!

The hostess from the day I reserved the property was very helpful and prompt with any question asked. The house was located in a very nice suburb of Mesa - outside appearance attractive and the inside was no less inviting - very clean, well equipped, and nicely decorated. The back patio was our daily hang out- for us and our pup dog. The only issue was the front door code box which we had a challenge with and let the hostess know- we just went out the back through the side gate. Overall it was a great stay !

Really enjoyed this home! Very clean with very nice amenities. Enjoyed time in the backyard using the nice outdoor furniture. The kitchen was well stocked. A welcome bottle of champagne and card were an extra nice touch.

We have stayed in the Phoenix area many times but this was our first time staying in Mesa. The house may have sealed the deal for us to winter in Mesa. We (wife and I) stayed for 2 weeks, working remotely. The internet was fantastic, we both had video conference calls throughout the day without any issues. After work, we would retire to the back patio for cocktails and relax - the house was very comfortable. The neighborhood was awesome, quiet, easy access to the 202, grocery stores, restaurant and activities. If this house is available next year when we plan our trip back to Mesa, we will take it. It is our first choice.

This is an exceptional property. The location is centrally located in the Mesa, Gilbert, Tempe area. The home is well appointed and very comfortable for our 7 night stay. The home owner was very receptive to our needs.
