Me fue mal porque ahí en el hotel en primera la llave Nunca servia a cada rato me tocaba regresar a la oficina en segunda me golpearon mi camioneta y no supieron enseñarme los videos de seguridad para averiguar qué carro me había pegado It went wrong because there in the hotel in first place the key never worked every time I had to go back to the office in second I was hit by my truck and they did not know how to show me the security videos to find out which car had hit me

The environment was completely unsafe. The staff was unaware and in denial of what was happening on their property. I immediately requested a refund and found a new hotel

I didn't like how they didn't have any towels. They were very rude when it came to getting other things the ice machine was broken. The stairs were full of people as well as the elevator was broken.

People were outside all over the place, clearly people were living there. Horrible place, walked by a pair doing drugs at the elevator. One itty pillow, unclean room. Did not stay, had booked two nights this place should NOT be on Expedia, this place is HORRIBLE.

The first room I was issued door was open as I entered. The bed head no cover and pillows had no pillow cases. The room was filthy and toilet wasn't flushed bathtube had burn stains. I went back the the office to ask for another room. Front desk was kind enough to give me another room in just as bad conditions. The top lock on the door was broken. No pillow cases on the pillows. Sheets had stains, black little specks and a few hair strands. Lights in the bathroom didn't work. Remote control was sticky and did not work. Floors and sink where filthy. There were no towels. Which after looking at the sheets, I would not have used them anyways.

It reeked of cigarettes as an asthmatic I couldn't breathe at all the mattress was stained up and down we didn't even sleep the comfort was horrible as well , the bath tub had hairs on the wall and drain, the service was horrible up front to check in . Sadly disappointed.

Nobody attending the front desk for near to two hours at check in with several angry guess waiting in line. Place looks questionable regarding security, a heavy vested armed guard on the premises and a heavy chlorine odor.

It was really run down looking and people homeless sitting on the stairs every where and the cops showed up at one point during the night it was just way to crazy there need security and better maids for cleaning the rooms and making sure everything is stocked but the office staff were great very polite

All was terrible didn’t even bother to stay it was so disgusting smell so horrible. Bathrooms nasty. Not worth staying there. It’s so unsanitary that can catch a virus there. Health department should close this Phoenix Inn down Then the front desk ladies were so mean.

This facility is sick and disgusting. Do not go here. I had to get a hotel last minute and did not pay enough attention as I grabbed one online. There was dirty underwear literally on the stairs. A prostitute on the third floor eyeballing me as I walked to my room along with a couple drug dealers. Don’t let the name fool you. It used to be a motel six that didn’t make the cut.

This property is dirtier than I have ever seen, I rented a room and had nothing sheets, towels, sheets, soap and the dirty floor full of garbage, I spoke to the office and I moved to the only room available and it is very dirty they don't clean at all take photos that prove all this hotel waste

DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
This was the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at! Seriously. It is right next to the fwy, very noisy. The first room given was 2nd floor above the pool. It had BLOOD ON THE WALL. The toilet had not been cleaned and was constantly running, There were 2 groups of very "shady characters" hanging out sitting on the stairs playing rap music and singing along; "F- This and F- that . Gonna pop that F- ker in the head wit a cap', etc; loud enough to hear with the door closed. I walked out immediately and was shown a second room. The hotel says it's "pet friendly"; but this room smelled like a cat had lived in it for a month with on outside privledges...it simply stunk! The frornt desk person accompanying me totally agreed with me as she was gagging! The third room I took only because I was exhausted. Both pillows had cigarette burn holes through them and neither one had a pillow case on it. There were no towels or hand towels or wash cloths in the room. No remote for the TV as well (trivial). WHen I left to get dinner I had to step around another group of young people that were "sketchy" and had debris of blackened burned pieces of tin foil around them. When I returned, a gun toting armed guard was in the process of confronting them. The air conditioner in the room worked fine!!!

Lady at the desk was very nice! But the shady druggie looking ppl that are staying at the hotel or just wondering around at night makes it very uncomfortable to even walk to your room. Once you make it in to the room it makes it clear that this hotel should be one you rent by the hour. Pillows were stained and looked to be extremely old there were stains on the bedsheets. Just made you feel gross upon entering the room. My and my girlfriend weren’t in the room for more than 5mins before we left to get a refund because we couldn’t stay there. But once again the front desk lady was very nice and understanding. She was the only good part of our 5 min stay at this hotel.

It was close to an appointment and I didn’t read the reviews but it was terrible. Tv didn’t work had to plug in then no remote. Requested one and it didn’t work. No one would answer the phone at front desk. Only 1 towel for shower. And to top it off fell asleep and notice bed bugs. I had to get close completely disinfected.

Somebody was given the key to my room and told it was theirs so I was walked in on at one pint then two hours later Phoenix PD is banging on the door while me and my friend were asleep. The cops forced me to go to the office and prove that I rented the room. She literally acted like I never went in there to get my room I got frustrated between the cops talking to me like I was stupid and the lady acting as if I never actually booked my room I got so upset and said if I left right at that moment if it was ok they said yes so that was that worst experience at a hotel in my life.
