Resort viviendo en el sol!

Nuestro condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños está ubicado en la comunidad de estilo resort de Solana, en la frontera de Gilbert y Mesa en la soleada Arizona. La ubicación es perfecta, con fácil acceso a la autopista US 60 a solo una cuadra de distancia. El centro Banner Cancer está justo al lado, por lo que esta ubicación es conveniente para los miembros de la familia que necesitan estar cerca para los tratamientos del paciente. Con muchas opciones para comer a poca distancia y muchas más, solo un rápido viaje en automóvil. Si vuelas en avión, el aeropuerto de Mesa-Gateway está a solo 15 minutos y Phoenix Sky Harbor a 25 minutos. Si lo que te gusta es la naturaleza, las Superstition Mountains, Usery Park y el parque regional de San Tan se encuentran a 30-45 minutos en coche para realizar excursiones de un día y hacer turismo. Si está de visita para el entrenamiento de primavera, este condominio está a solo 20 minutos de las instalaciones de los Cachorros.

La comunidad de Solana tiene todo lo que necesitas para relajarte en casa. Con dos piscinas estilo centro turístico (una de ellas climatizada), un jacuzzi, fogata, barbacoas, cancha de voleibol, juegos infantiles, gimnasio de última generación, centro de negocios, centro comunitario, sala de reuniones y un sinfín de áreas verdes.

The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Property was well maintained and quiet. The area has everything close by to make getting to and from very easy. We have stayed at this complex before and did disappoint. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a great little property. Steps are a bit, but now problem for us. Biggest plus is this properties main pool and its location. The pool nearest to the condo was not accessible for our entire stay- This was actually very disappointing as I like to just read by the pool. Hosts were great to deal with, but no compensation given for the pool that was not able to be used. The main pool was a 0.22 mile walk- just making it difficult to run back to the condo. We would stay here again.

This is a beautiful gated community and met all our traveling needs. The property was well kept and the pool maintainer was out every day cleaning and checking the equipment. Our second floor balcony had a beautiful view of the grounds and the pool. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed for our stay. There were board games available for indoor entertainment as well. Definitely recommend this property for those traveling with kids and family.

Location good with nice view of pool and green space from balcony. Communication with host easy with quick responses. Well stocked with toiletries and other supplies. Comfortable beds and nice clean bathrooms with great showers. Appreciated covered parking during hot weather. All appliances worked well with no issues with any mechanics. The only disappointment was the decor was dated. Everything could use a refresh and the vents may need cleaning. I started sneezing every time the fan kicked on. We stayed several weeks and were very comfortable in our home away from home.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo, it is close to freeway on/off-ramp close to everything. Owners are great & very accommodating. Quiet & friendly neighborhood, I would highly recommend staying here.

Close to everything in PHX area. We hiked, swam, lots of good restaurants and shopping. Boat cruze at Lake Havasu. Close to both airports. We will be back.

Nice laid back community and clean pools. Condo had everything we needed and extra supplies was very accommodating. The ice chest and ice blocks were very nice to be able to pack a lunch. We gave 4stars for check in because we also had problems with getting into the condo at 4 pm with the code as other people have mentioned. Called all numbers I could find and left a message but no one got back to us till 11:30 pm. But were able to get in with constant trying code for 1/2 hr to 45 min. Overall it was a great place to stay and would return. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was very clean and very comfortable! Plenty of towels and everything needed for cooking and using the pool. The area is very clean and safe with lots of stores and restaurants close by. Management replied very quickly with any questions I had and were extremely friendly. I would highly recommend this place! Very happy with our stay.

A great condo! Checkin was a little Bumpy with no early check in code provided. There should be a phone number to contact someone directly if there are problems at check in. We were relying on email on a saturday check in (main office number not answered - as outside of business hours) we werent sure if we’d get a response though in the end Lindsay was very responsive (and refunded our early check in fee) The condo was very clean and comfortable. The bed was VERY comfortable. Location was great for our needs. Would recommend to anyone.

The apartment is exactly as described. It was well stocked with everything that we needed. The area was wonderful and I felt very safe. We lives having the green space and playground to play. You can not beat the sunsets from the balcony. Would definitely stay again!

Great location. Easy access to interstate and restaurants. Master sink did not drain properly and guest bath does not drain properly. My guest reported standing in a foot of water during their shower because the dirty water doesn’t drain.
