Not a good stay
The door code we were given did not work. After quite a bit of time and several codes from the person on the phone, she finally gave us the code to the lock box for keys. The lock code was never addressed. One of the key fobs did not work, that was never fixed. One of the gates to the pool didn't work, so we had to walk around the other side. Mainly, the biggest problem was lack of hot water for the 1st day of our stay. The company was zero help and basically just said they would "allow" us out of our contract to move somewhere else. We did not have time to do that. They also tried to get us to upgrade to a pricier property.The condo itself was average. It felt like the middle of a "flip". Walls still needed paint, baseboard trim was horrible. The bedroom lit up like daylight at night, the window covering was not light blocking. We had to try and hang other stuff on it. The 2 patio chairs were completely shot, you could not sit on them. The tub glazing was all peeling off. The mirror for the dresser was on the floor behind the dresser. The air vents were horrible and should be replaced.I pointed this stuff out to the management company. I never heard back from them again.Good luck in your future, you'll have to get much better at the details of property management and customer service. We won't use you again.
