I do apologize if there was any inconvenience as I personally spoke with you over the phone after your stay you made no mention of any issues as you stated you left because you had to leave early as plans had changed and we issued a refund for remained of stay. As for the property being run down and dirty we understand it is an older property but it has been newly renovated and it is extremely rare for us to get a complaint about cleanliness. We are sorry we did not meet your expectations.
