Family Time
Beautiful home. In AZ to spend time with relatives. Great house for entertaining small groups . Everything in the kitchen one could want. My husband really enjoyed the Keurig. My husband is handicapped & house worked well for him. One 3 inch step into house, then same level. Lee is very attentive to needs. Even provided a dog crate so our grand doggies could visit. Thanks for being a great host.

Westgate, stadium property
Great location, within walking distance to both Westgate and State Farm Stadium. House was super clean, has three nice bedrooms, all with comfortable beds and two bathrooms. TV’s in all bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Would definitely recommend this property. Lee, property manager, was quick to answer any questions we had. He has great communication skills.

Phoenix/Glendale House Was Great Find
We stayed for 8 days to take in some spring training baseball games and wanted to be centrally located. The home was well maintained and had every kitchen gadget you can name as well as some nice extras like spices, ziploc bags, etc. Really appreciated use of the garage and the very large and clean gas grill on the back patio. The location itself is easy walking distance to Westgate Entertainment district and we made the short walk most evenings for Happy Hour or dinner.

Awesome
Lee was super responsive and clearly cared about his property and the people that stay there. The house was unbelievably clean! It’s spacious and very comfortable. Great location for walking to the entertainment district and close to Camelback Ranch for spring training. I highly recommend this place, you won’t regret it.

Fantastic Stay!
We loved the property and the neighborhood! So convenient for Westgate Entertainment District and Tanger Outlets, which we enjoyed. It was also just a few miles from downtown Glendale and its cute shops and restaurants. Easy drive to Sahuaro Ranch Park, with its historic buildings, rose gardens, and peacocks. This rental house was a comfortable home away from home. Loved our getaway!

Great Place and great location
Very clean. Well stocked. Close to many attractions in Glendale. The garage was great for the rental car and they even had bikes to ride! Host had good communication throughout. Would recommend.

Family reunion
Lee's property was super clean and centrally located in the Glendale area of greater Phoenix. The property is within walking distance of the Westgate area and State Farm Stadium. Lee was very responsive as the owner to any of our questions or needs.

Great place to stay
This home was wonderful! It was spacious and very clean. It was very easy to check in and Lee (owner) was very communicative and checked in to make sure everything was ok. The location was perfect! It was close to a lot of things (grocery stores, restaurants, mall, miniature golf, etc.). I will definitely book here again if I’m back in the area!

Spring Training Visit
The house was exceptionally clean. The location was perfect. It was a 10 minute drive to Camelback Ranch, and walking distance to Westgate Entertainment District. The host was very attentive, and communication was excellent. The house was very spacious and comfortable.

Great Time!
Lee was great, met us at the property to go over the amenities. He covered things to do in the area and the property had everything we needed. It is an excellent property and location within several ballparks if you are in town for Spring Training like we were. Thank You Lee!

Great location for baseball at Camelback
The house was perfect for watching the Dodgers play at Camelback Stadium. The kitchen was very well-equipped. We used the barbecue several nights and enjoyed sitting out on the patio. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Great Location/Spring Training/Westgate Entertainment
Communication with the host Lee was excellent from booking to post check out. The kitchen and coffee ba were well equiped. There are plenty of grocery stores within a couple miles to stock the fridge. Having TV's in each room was a nice added amenity. The Hot Tub spa was relaxing and we wished we'd had more time to enjoy it. This is a great location if you are attending a NFL football game, local Spring Training games or other Westgate Entertainment like Top Golf! It is an easy 20 minute drive to to the GCU Campus too! GO LOPES!

Great place very clean, convenient and close to the Stadium and so much more
The house is very nice and super clean. The beds are great and we took advantage of the hot tub which was fantastic as well. We had a great stay. within walking distance to State Farm Stadium and all kinds of restaurants. Just a 2 hour drive to Sedona. We had a great time.

This is such a nice home. Clean. Well stocked. Comfortable. And Lee easy to deal with. Easy to get to highways and other parts of Phoenix area. Walked to Westgate, Tanger Outlets, and Cardinals football game. Would stay again if coming to Glendale.

Great location; immaculate condition and extraordinary communication with owner.
We chose this rental primarily for its location, which is in walking distance of both the Gila River Arena and the State Farm Stadium where we had concert tickets. The rental exceeded our expectations not only in terms of location but also for cleanliness and amenities. The rental was easy to find and communication with the host was, in a word, exceptional. Lee answered our minor questions immediately and clearly. The Jacuzzi was an added benefit. This was one of the best VRBO rentals we have had, and we have used VRBO often.

Most well stocked rental home ever!
This was the most well stocked rental home we've ever stayed in, it had everything you need, most others we've stayed in hardly have anything which means you spend most your vacation constantly running to Walmart for things, but not this house, it had it all. It's also very close to all the west side attractions, which was great for going to Camelback Ranch for spring training baseball. Thank you, Lee!

You can’t go wrong here. Lee goes way above and beyond. Centrally located… close to Cardinals Stadium. Westgate, Top Golf. The 101. House is very nice, private hot tub in back, TV in every room! Super clean!

Spacious House in a Fabulous Location
This was a beautiful, well-kept and very clean house....very spacious for the whole family. It was in a great location near The Arizona Cardinals Stadium and The Entertainment District. We enjoyed the Hot Tub nightly after fun days of exploring. The beds were comfortable and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. Lee was the perfect host and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Amazing property!

It was very easy to communicate with the owner. He was very welcoming , informative, and very open
The property was exceptionally well appointed. Kitchen was well equipped with everything G we needed to prepare meals. We enjoyed the relaxing hot tub. Perfect floor plan for our 3 generations. And it even had exercise equipment. The location was great, close to baseball, shopping, restaurants and sights. Hope to stay there next year. It was also spotless!

Fantastic stay!
We had a wonderful trip to the Glendale area and we were so pleased with the property! The location was wonderful, a quick walk to the westgate entertainment district and a nice quiet neighborhood. It was probably One of the best stocked vrbos that we have ever stayed at. We would love to go again and would absolutely recommend it

Great location, close to golfing activities, shopping malls, and restaurants. The house was very clean and the owner was readily available for any questions. We greatly enjoyed the hot tub, exercise machine, and well stocked kitchen. Highly recommended!

Nothing Short of Amazing
Lee set the tone for our stay in such a warm and welcoming way. He gave me a very detailed tour of the home and he truly thought of everything. (I literally kept telling him how thoughtfully put together the home is) When I walked in it smelled wonderful and looked even better. We would stay again and again!! We have not regrets or complaints! He deserves a 10 star rating!

West Gate Rental

Favorite VRBO Ever
This property is everything we wanted. It was the most well stocked kitchen I've seen in a rental! There were also plenty of towels and shampoo + conditioner. The owner was so easy to work with and responsive to questions. We loved that we could walk to the stadium for the Cardinals game. The location was great for shopping, restaurants, and freeway access as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Felt like home.
The house was very clean and well stocked with pillows, blankets, towels, kitchen utensils, etc! If all you brought was clothes, you would still be comfortable in this home and have the essentials. Great location within walking distance to the stadium, no more than a few minute drive to several restaurants, Westgate entertainment area & other attractions, quick access to the freeway, quite neighborhood and amazing host.
