Mal olor y desayuno mediocre.
El cuarto tenía un olor a viejo y no nos sentimos cómodos con el estado de limpieza general. El desayuno bufet nos pareció malo y quienes atendían nada amables. El cuarto era amplio. Definitivamente no volveríamos a quedarnos en este hotel.

The location is not but, because it takes some minutes to get shopping malls and the beach, but you can walk. And location around the hotel is also fun. The hotel room is clean and large for this price. Breakfast is delicious, but there isn't much variety.

Great place to stay, right at Otop Market. Room was very clean and presentable. Even though it was very noisy outside, the double glazed balcony doors block most of it. The only thing I’d add is that the breakfast add on is not worth it. The choices were very limited and you’d get better value from the myriad of offerings in the street.

This property is advertised as 4 star. 2 star at best. The roof top bar and restaurant are not in operation and the pool area consists of a few broken sun lounges. Very run down and service was average. It was very disappointing but the location was good if you like night life. The music from the bars across the street keep you awake until 4.30am.

Bra hotell, men oljud från gatan nedanför
Fint hotell i gott skick med bra utgångsläge i Patong. Dock fruktansvärt hög musik med slående bas in i rummet till tidigt på morgonen från barerna utanför, tur jag tog med mig mina brusreducerande hörlurar så jag kunde sova. Annars hade jag nog flytt i panik.

Inizialmente avevo qualche timore, pensavo di aver preso una fragatura. Al mio arrivo invece trovo una struttura in buono stato ed in una posizione molto interessante. Le camere sono grandi e molto funzionali, il bagno un povecchio e secondo me andrebbe riassestato per far fare un ulteriore salto di qualità alla struttura. Le pulizie non sono il massimo ma ormai mi rendo conto che è uno standard thai. Ascensore comodo ma molto affollato e spesso ho dovuto aspettare per diversi minuti, non hanno un montacarichi o un ascensore secondario, questa è una mancanza. Palestra piccola ma essenziale, piscina e roof top carini anche se sinceramente non li ho utilizzati. La posizione è comoda ma è abbastanza rumorosa data la vicinanza al centro e all hard rock cafe, se volete andare a letto presto e dormire.. avrete qualche problema.

It’s the third time I’ve stayed at the Ashlee and for the price it’s ideal but it is now in need of updating and the lift must Be the slowest in Thailand. If you don’t spend a great deal of time in hotels rooms I would book this place all day and the staff are all great and friendly and it’s in a great location for everything

Peter at the reception was a great help. Very enthusiastic and helping even during the night time. Overall was a good stay, but the smell at the lobby and the staircase was uninviting.

Don't stay at Ashlee Hub Patong
We have been to patong 6 times and always stay at the same hotel. Thought we would try the Ashlee hub but will not go back again. The staff were OK but only got 1 roll of toilet paper per day for 2 people so we asked for more and had to hide it in the safe. There was no conditioner supplied a tiny tube of shower gel a small hand soap the towels were stained. The tea coffee was never topped up had to ask for more. After cleaning room the bench was never wiped I had to do it and the floor not cleaned. We were there for 11 days. It took us 4 days to realise you had to ask at reception for pool towels(should be in your room). Went to go for swim at rooftop pool no staff there at all there was no drinking eating or smoking at pool so everyday we went and swam at the hotel we normally stay at where the staff supplied us with towels(no charge) and were very accomating friendly and went out of there way for us will go back to normal hotel next yr.

Preis Leistung Verhältnis nicht nachvollziehbar. Das Bett war extrem hart. Kleine Ameisen im Bad neben der Badewanne. Pool und Bar nur bis 19 Uhr geöffnet. Extra Wunsch, für die Anreiße wurde nicht erfüllt. Wollte etwas Romantisches im Zimmer Blumen hätten gereicht, war aber nichts da. Balkon entspannen geht gar nicht, da es einfach zu laut ist zu viele Bars in der Nähe mit lauter Musik. Positiv war das Frühstück sehr abwechslungsreich mit Täglichem wechseln. An sich war das Zimmer auch sehr sauber für thailändische Verhältnisse. Ausstattung Möbel und Elektrogeräte sind veraltet. Lage ist sehr gut, für Shoppingtour-Bartour aber nicht zum Entspannen.
