This is an old review from 5 years ago. Upon check-in my group was sent to a neighbouring hotel for the first night as @home was unable to take us. The nearby hotel was also a new hotel and fine for a night. It seems that it's quite common for overbooking and shifting people in-between hotels in Patong. @home was a good new hotel, the staff were friendly and it was close enough to walk to Bangla Road and the beach.

Bad and torn hotel, bad service, pur breakfast etc

Bad stay we had. Pur service, very old room were shower not work, hose for shower were finish, no service, no cleaning, no coffie etc. even I order deluxe. Order non smoker, but get not. Do not pad for breakfast, very sad...we never come back. Good luck.

Bad service overall, pour breakfast were you need to pay more, if you want more than toastbread. Room are very used and need a renovation, order deluxe room, but nothing are normal deluxe room. Never be back...

economico e centrale

Da diversi anni frequento questo hotel. Si trova in una zona centrale, a pochi passi dallo shopping center e dal mercato alimentare. Si può raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia in 20 minuti e Bangla road in soli 10 minuti. Camere spaziose ed attrezzate. Colazione non abbondante ma sufficiente. Il tutto ad un ottimo prezzo. Ci torno sempre volentieri

Manglende belysning

Et hotel helt i top. Ærgeligt de ikke vil lytte til min kritik, fra sidste gang jeg boede der, hvor jeg påpegede den manglende belysning ved spejlet i badeværelset som er under al kritik. Alt i alt er jeg dog meget tilfreds.

hotel confortevole ed economico in zona centrale

Sono stato in questo hotel già altre volte: è situato in una zona centrale. ma tranquilla. E' possibile raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia, la zona notturna ( ristoranti e discoteche) nonchè i centri commerciali. La camera è spaziosa ed attrezzata ( aria cond, cassaforte, phon, ombrelli, scalda acqua per la colazione, saponi e shampoo in bagno) . la colazione che viene servita è soddisfacente ma non spettacolare. Unico neo riscontrato durante questo soggiorno è stata l'assenza di motorini da noleggiare ( l'ultima volta erano ridotti proprio male, direi insicuri).

Хороший отель по хорошей цене!

Отель очень понравился! Соответствует 3* (кроме завтрака). Все комнаты в нем - Делюкс - большие и просторные. Выбирать номер необходимо на той же стороне, что и вход в отель, иначе ваше окно будет упираться в стену соседнего здания. В номере есть все необходимое: холодильник, ТВ, фен, кондиционер, бесплатная питьевая вода, туалетные принадлежности, зонты, Wi-Fi, шкаф, кровать, софа, зеркало, балкон, сейф. Насекомых замечено не было.На ресепшн можно взять бесплатно пляжные полотенца под роспись, там же заказать такси в аэропорт (800 бат). Завтрак более, чем скромный (яйца в трех вариантах готовки и гарнира, каша, сок, чай, кофе, тосты с джемом, маслом), но я была на нем пару раз, поэтому мне хватило. Расположение у отеля хорошее, до пляжа минут 10-15 спокойным шагом, до Банга-роуд - 10 минут, до ТЦ Джангцейлон - 5 мин, столько же до рынка Банзаан. Сам отель находится в проулочке, тишина и спокойствие, но буквально 20 метров и вы на 3d road. Оч удобно! На ресепшн доброжелательные сотрудники. За 9 дней моего пребывания ни разу никаких к ним нареканий. С удовольствием вернулась бы туда снова!

Bra hotel som när upp till en bra standard!

Bra hotell fräscht rum, dock tyckte vi att sängarna inte va allt för bekväma. Men bortsätt från det och att duschen inte hade draperi så va drt ett bra rum! Frukosten får man en meny och beställer Max tre saker från den menyn. Området va perfekt! Nära till nattlivet och det mesta. Närmast va en liten marknad med supergod streetfood och även Jungceylon va supernära! Alt i allo ett betyg på 4 av 5 tåhjiiii!!

Excellent, clean, value hotel

Exceeded expectations. Pictures do not do the hotel justice - new and modern. Very clean and comfortable - close to all activities and Patong Beach. Great value!

フロントの男性がとても親切。

お盆の時期、デイレイトで8時間滞在しました。ホテルもとてもきれいですが、すぐ向かいの提携ホテルを案内されました。できれば本館に泊まってみたかったです。通された部屋も綺麗で、アメニティも充実してます。深夜発つにはもったいないくらいの部屋です。何よりもフロントの男性スタッフがてきぱきと、とても親切で、感動しました。予定通りタクシーも深夜呼んでくれており、空港まで800ＢＨでした。モールもバザールも、7分ぐらいで、好立地です。高級感はないですが、また泊まりたいです。朝食も食べてみたいです。

予約したにも関わらず、満室の為、他のグレード下のホテルに通されました。。。

私は、今回、新婚旅行でこちらのホテルを予約しましたが、チェックイン時に、満室の為、入室不可と拒否をされました。また、その後、部屋が空く見通しもないことから、近場のグレードの下のロータスパトンというホテルに通されました。通されたホテルは、当初予約をしていた部屋よりも小さく、朝食もなし、シャワールームの水の流れも悪かったです。１階は下水の臭いが漂う状況。こちらのホテルスタッフに再度チェックインをさせてもらうよう掛け合うものの、取り合って貰うことは出来ず、２度とこのホテルを使おうと思いません。また、hotels.comにも掛け合い、当初予約したホテルと通されたホテルで想定されるであろう宿泊費の差額分の返金の交渉をして頂いて、連絡を頂く予定が、こちらも一切、連絡を頂けておりません。これらの理由から、hotels.comの信憑性や期待に対しても、非常に残念でなりません。

Multiple issues with what seemed like a great find

Not sure where to start with this experience. I have stayed in Phuket about 25x in the last 3 years. I am a frequent visitor now that I live in Hong Kong.Booking last minute during Chinese New Year meant very few rooms available. When I found @Home, I was impressed with the price..First let me start with my arrival experience. On our first night we arrived at 3pm and were told that the hotel was oversold and we would need to stay somewhere else. In return for having to stay our first night somewhere else they would add a free breakfast. The hotel (won't name it) they put us in was a severe step down and I would rate with 1 star, barely. It was basic, small and no very well furnished. But we had no choice as everything was sold out.Moved back to @ home the next day. The desk staff was less than helpful in almost anything we asked about. But got new room and was pleasantly surprised with the room. Very nice decorations, good layout. Now the nightmare. The night before our departure we started packing and found a cockroach on our suitcase (which was on top of a bench, not on the floor). Freaking out, we started to unpack more clothes and started to find roaches everywhere around the bench area, in our clothes and suitcases. We notified management who offered us bug spray. I could not sleep in that room. We packages all of our clothes in a garbage bag and threw out luggage. Could not take a chance of bringing bugs home. we had to find another room at almost midnight. Horrible
