Perfect location
This condo is close to everything, yet quiet and secluded. Very cozy and comfortable bed, You’ll need to bring your own soap, shampoo and conditioner, etc. But communication with owner was superb and he was very helpful in providing local information. Had a wonderful time and hope to return.

Wonderful cozy home and fabulous location!
Very clean and cozy home! Comfy furniture and bed. Incredible location to all the activities and quiet being on back road of main drag. Super safe area and friendly neighbors. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful
This place was great! It’s exactly as advertised, furniture appears to be new and it was comfortable. This trip was just my husband and I and we really enjoyed it. This condo is located on a back street away from the main highway traffic. It was easy to find and easy to get around and close to everything we wanted to do. Tom and his wife were great hosts! Wonderful communication and tips to save money. This condo was neat and clean. We would definitely stay here again when we come back. The only negative was I did hear the trash truck run early in the morning, I was already awake so had I been asleep by it might have woken me but this was not an issue and would not hinder me from booking again.

Our stay was great! We were in walking distance to many of the attractions we enjoy while in Pigeon Forge. We had everything we needed to cook and eat-in while we were there. We loved all of the little details that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Thanks Tom for the great hospitality!

Quaint and comfortable Condo in Pigeon Forge TN
Enjoyable, clean, quiet and well equipped for cooking! Close to everything in Pigeon Forge! Would highly recommend! The owner was very knowledgeable for places to eat and entertainment! There are some beautiful drives in the mountain area he recommended also. We will be staying again!

Honey I’m Home
I think I have found my new home away from home. To only be a one bedroom condo it has lots of room. Clean and tastefully furnished. I would definitely stay here again if it is available next time. The location is perfect. Mr Tom is very easy to work with and is full of information about the area.

Great Stay
We have stayed at this condo before. As was the previous stay, it was great! Located close to almost anything, yet still quite enough to get some much needed sleep at night. Great property!!!
Went for a girls weekend, Tom, the owner, was amazing! He gave lots of info for food and things to do in the area, check in was seamless and stress free! The property was super clean, quiet area, close to everything! Lots of food and shopping within walking distance. The housekeeper on checkout was amazing, very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone! Will definitely come back!

Perfect in Every Way
As the title of this rating says, this condo was perfect in every way. It was very clean which is always at the top of my necessity list. It was close to restaurants, activities, etc. The Island is just across the street where there are many restaurants to choose from. It is an easy walk from the condo. The condo is in a quiet area and away from the busyness of the main drag. When we returned to the condo for the evening, we felt like we were returning home. Thank you Tom for being an excellent host. You were very informative and easy to get a hold of. We will definitely stay here again. Would love to come back when the rhododendrons are in bloom!

Wonderful Place to Stay!
Very easy, great experience. Wonderful, cozy and welcoming. Extremely clean and very nicely decorated. The bed is so comfortable! Close to The Island, Dollywood and all the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge but you don't hear any of it. The host, Tom, was absolutely the best and offered suggestions to make our stay nicer. Highly recommend staying here. You won't regret it at all!

Pigeon Forge, Near The Island, Quiet Neighborhood
The condo was ideal for us. Perfect location, perfect size. This condo comfortably accommodates 2 people. Tom is an excellent host and I had good communication with him during booking, payment , check-in and check-out. Even though the unit is close to The Island and all the action, it is on a quiet backstreet. Tom provided paper towels, tissues, hand soap, dish soap, salt, pepper, etc. It was nice to relax after checking in, instead of a quick Publix run. The Publix is a couple minutes drive away and close enough to walk to. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The condo was very clean. This is a 2nd floor unit, no elevator, so be prepared to make trips up and down the stairs. I didn't use the pool, but it look well maintained. I would stay at this condo again.

We were looking to escape after a big disappointment. We were close enough to the strip to walk to many attractions. Yet far enough off the main drag to have some peace. Our host was friendly and great at communicating with us. It was exactly as described. Clean with a well equipped kitchen. Would definitely go back!!!
