Worked very well for our trip!

Great location to the conference center - we were able to just walk each day! Plenty of room for us to all spread out and not be cramped up. Overall good stay!

Birthday Trip

The pictures are accurate. The walk ability to things was great. The beds were comfortable. Bathroom shower had nice water pressure. There is a creek outside the unit that has active ducks and geese, the kids loved feeding them. Always somewhere to park. Elevator was nice surprise as the unit is on the 3rd floor.

The ducks and geese….

The ducks and geese were SO. LOUD. Granted, I am a light sleeper, but even with earplugs, they were loud. I was woken up several times by their honking/quacking. Also, we couldn’t figure out how to turn off the heat, so our room was almost unbearably hot. I did not contact the property manager. The living area and kitchen were smaller than I expected, but the bedrooms were fine.

Good location

Good location. Nice furniture. Clean. Ducks extremely loud at night. Electrical really bad. Needed flashlights to dress and put on makeup. No instructions or pin number to use with TV so we were not allowed to watch many stations . Toilet ran every 5-6 minutes.

Perfect location!

Perfect location if you’re attending an event at the LeConte Center! The unit was clean, beds were comfortable, and the elevator made for easy access. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay but wrong weekend

Overall, it was a good location, walking distance to Old Mill Village (which is far better than the highly commercialized main strip). The best thing to do is go to the Patriot Park transit depot and get a trolley pass for the day. At $3.00 per person and free parking in their lot, you can go all over Pigeon Forge, get to Dollywood (which costs $25 to park) and back, and go to Gatlinburg and back. The weekend we went they were having some sort of car show at the fairgrounds,which caused a lot of parking issues, noise and chaos that disrupted our sleep. Do your research on local activities before booking. The actual property was very clean, had an easy check in process, and a beautiful view of the river and sunrise. The beds were comfortable and the water was hot. All the basic ammenities you need. One bad thing was the a/c in the back bedroom. It just had a small vent that fed off the main unit in the living room and it did not provide enough cool air in that bedroom to be comfortable. The unit can use a fresh coat of paint and some updates, but it was a nice place overall.

I would stay at this condo again

We enjoyed the stay in the condo. Loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the river and watching all the ducks and geese. New also appreciated how close it was to everything.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed ourselves. We really didn’t have any issues, but just the door code. The location was very convenient. It was near all attractions. My kids really had a great time. The pool was nice especially after being out on the town. We came home and relaxed by the pool. We would definitely stay again!!!

Dance competition

We stayed here for a nationals dance competition our daughter was in at the Leconte Center. It is located just around the corner from the condo. We enjoyed walking on the river walk and being walking distance to The Island. The condo was exactly what we needed. It could use a little tlc paint wise but is otherwise nice. It is also close to all of the attractions in Pigeon Forge.

Pigeon Forge getaway

They do have construction going on that started at 8am Saturday morning and lasted all through the day. Very loud especially blaring music. I did find it to be very peaceful at night and early morning when sitting on the balcony. We listened to the water flow in the creek as well as the geese and ducks. It was nice and a good piece of nature yet still being in a very good location and pretty much in the middle of a city you get a little slice of nature. When we checked in it was very hot inside, there is an AC unit in the front bedroom that works very well and then there is one in the living room by the balcony and master bedroom however the master stayed extremely hot because the air wasn't going through the vent that they had hooked up to the AC from the living room. There were also German cockroaches, my husband is an exterminator and he spotted them right away so I would recommend keeping your bags off the floor unless you want to take unwanted visitors home. And the king size bed there is only a sheet on top of the mattress topper and the mattress itself was exposed, stained, and very dirty. All the floors were dirty, we pulled down the blinds and dust cord off of them. It looks like it had been slightly wiped down, but not clean at all. Overall it was a good trip and good day. It's just unfortunate about the bugs and n the cleanliness.

They need to replace the king bed in the master bedroom. We both were in horrible back pain the entire stay sleeping on this bed. It had no support, is old sinks to the middle, and makes horrible noises just sitting on it. They also need to re-paint the entire condo. The bathroom wall has marks all over it. They need to replace the light switch in the master bedroom the lights will not stay on and the switch glitches, the light switch next to the mirror by the bathroom does the same thing even with the brightness up. We had to use lamps the entire time to see in the bedroom. They need to replace coffee mugs with better stoneware. My husband picked up a small coffee mug to go make coffee and the handle just came off. Luckily he had no coffee in it yet or he would have gotten burned. Over all the rest of the condo was ok.
