We really enjoyed our stay here. It had everything we needed and it was the perfect location. We were at a convention at the LeConte Center. It was great to just walk over the bridge to get to it. Definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. Love the sound of the river while sitting on the patio. Everything was perfect, very clean, did not need anything from the host. We would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend it.!!

The location is a highlight, just a couple of blocks from the main strip, making it super convenient for exploring. The host was responsive and easy to reach via message, which we appreciated.However, the apartment desperately needs upgrades. The beds in both rooms were very uncomfortable and old, with creaky frames that made annoying squeaky noises at the slightest movement. The headboards were loose, adding to the discomfort. There were no curtains in either bedroom, and the basic vinyl blinds were broken, offering little privacy—anyone could easily peek in from outside, which felt unsettling. While the kitchen and bathrooms were clean, the balcony and its table were dirty and neglected.Overall, the location saved this stay, but the property needs significant improvements to be comfortable and welcoming.

My sister-in-law and I had a brief girls trip to enjoy Margaritaville Island for an evening and this condo was perfect for relaxing on the balcony while enjoying the river and wildlife too. Our king suites were roomy and I loved the huge bathtub jucuzzi. I do wish the mattress was a little firmer. Overall, 4 stars. We would have loved to have individual coffee packs and condiments.

We loved it here!! We visit TN often and this was one of our top stays ever!! The location was perfect for downtown or dollywood, it was clean, nice, great communication throughout the stay, and a beautiful view! Hope to visit here again very soon!

This property is in the perfect location for both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg activities. If you are looking to visit Dollywood, the Island, or any other major attractions, you won't be disappointed. Forgot something essential? Walgreen's is just a walk across the parking lot. Being located on the Little Pigeon River made our evenings relaxing.

The great things about this place is 1) it was very clean and attractive. 2) The location was great. The only two negatives we found were 1) had to immediately go out & buy toilet paper because there was only a tiny bit left on the rolls & there was none in the cabinets. 2) the walls are paper thin so you hear absolutely everything in the condo next to you & they can also hear you. Their TV was on loudly until 2 am & we could hear them all morning. That just is what it is, but its something to be aware of. Overall, its a very nice place and we would stay there again.

This place was nicely kept and the owner was easy to communicate with. The condo was centrally located to all the places we want to see while staying there. You can hope on the Trolley just over the bridge and use the transit system to get you anywhere. Also just over the bridge you can enter the River Walk and walk to the Island in 15 - 20 min. I highly recommend staying here.

We wanted somewhere walking distance of everything and that’s exactly what we got. Unfortunately there was some construction going on across the road so that woke me up fairly early. That’s in no one’s control though. My fiancé saw some small black hairs in a towel. The tub was nice however some brown stuff came out of the jets when turned on. A few of the jets did not work. The beds were not the most comfortable but I liked the pillows. The condo was nice but not as comfortable as I would have liked it. We loved the balcony and it was right in the river by a trail!

What a nice place. My fav part might be the location, between the parkway and the back road with red lights both places. Easy in and out. Not a huge place so parking was great. The condo had everything you could want plus more. Check-in was super easy. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Overall we are pleased but the living room TV would not work. I finally texted and was told to unplug for awhile which we did. It still would not work but when we tried it the last night it worked.

Overall ok. Floors were not clean. 5 adults and only 4 bath towels, no wash cloths. Pillows in master was awkward- king pillow folded to fit a standard pillow case - not comfortable.
