Fantastic!

The home, the location and the amenities were all top notch. Whether it served as a launch point for nearby restaurants and breweries, an afternoon by the pool watching Golf, a day trip to one of the many nearby golf courses or simply grilling out and catching up with old friends this place was fantastic. We will be back!

Fantastic property!

We loved this house - it is a short walk downtown, the pool and other amenities are fantastic, and the owner went out of his way make us feel welcome. I cannot recommend this house enough - we will be back!

Perfect family get away

This was a perfect home for our family Christmas trip! It is so beautiful and spacious. Its location to the village of Pinehurst is as close as you can be. Especially to one of our favorites The Pine Crest Inn. Loved the Christmas lights out front. And the gas lamps are a really nice touch. Hope to come back in the summer when we can use the pool.

Longtime friends golf getaway

Just a great experience overall for a group of 4 lifelong friends to use as a home base in the village. We walking to the Village and the Brewery. Very comfortable stay. If available we would absolutely stay there again.

Beautiful House!

This fully renovated property is amazing and has everything to make for a memorable trip to Pinehurst! Location, convenience, a great pool for a swim after golf, a cool cabana for evening drinks and cornhole, and a fantastic kitchen and accommodations. Jason was super responsive throughout our stay, it is clear he has put a lot of effort into making this place the wonderful house it is. Highly recommended!

Amazing Cottage

Wow, this cottage is amazing (as is the entire neighborhood). The pool & pool house were a welcome retreat after a hot summer day. The Village , restaurants and Pinehurst CC are all a short walk away. The inside has been completely redone and nothing was left to chance. From the historic hardwood floors to the chefs kitchen, everything was perfect. We will definitely be back.

A+ Accommodations at Idlewilde Cottage

Perfect weekend!

This property was perfect for our family. The home was beautiful and the layout worked well for us. It was well appointed, everything we needed for cooking was there and we even enjoyed a few puzzles. We couldn't have asked for a better location. It was an easy walk to town and the neighborhood was lovely. Also very convenient to the golf courses we played. We would absolutely go back to this home.

Planned family golf reunion in Pinehurst. The house is in a great location to walk to town. Great kitchen and outdoor space for BBQ and fun. Jason was an excellent host and provided great tips to make our stay more enjoyable. Looking forward to our next visit.

Wonderful historic home in downtown Pinehurst

This home has everything needed for an amazing Pinehurst vacation. The owner is extremely responsive and the booking, check in and check out experience was very easy. They’ve done a great job of updating a historic home with all the comforts of a modern home. Walking distance to all - town, Pinehurst resort, brewery, etc and a short drive to many surrounding local golf courses. My family (including dogs) highly recommends this home for your next Pinehurst vacation!

Fantastic weekend in a perfect location!

My friends and I stayed at this property for a 40th birthday celebration. Everything was fantastic and as described. Kitchen was well equipped, great bedroom layout, and the pool and pool house were a major bonus. We spent time enjoying the house (including roasting s’mores on the fire pit, eating dinner outside on the patio, and swimming in the pool) and exploring the village. We walked to get coffee both mornings, grabbed drinks at a bar down the street one night, and relaxed at the spa on our last day. A fun, convenient, and quintessential Pinehurst weekend! We will be back!
