Wonderful
This house is nestled in a quiet and beautiful town. Close enough to everything within a few miles. Beds were VERY comfortable! Everyone enjoyed and in the evenings we sat on the back patio. Very relaxing. Highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful Pinehurst Getaway
This is a great place for eight ladies to gather and play bridge, eat, play more bridge, watch Netflix movies and play more bridge! A beautiful home with many amenities. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated our host’s quick response when we couldn’t figure out how to get the heat to come on! Loved having the Keurig for coffee. Highly recommend this property for your next Pinehurst getaway.

Our May 2021 visit to The Sandhills
This property suited our needs perfectly. Two of us in one wing and our daughter and husband utilizing the space in the other wing. Kitchen setup very convenient. Living room very comfortable. The short drive to the village of Pinehurst was very easy. We were in and out all day every day and enjoyed returning to the comfortable residence and quiet surroundings.

Great stay!
This house is in a great location in proximity to Pinehurst golf courses. The house was nicely updated, quiet, and well-kept. And the host was fantastic to talk to and was very helpful. I highly recommend to stay here for anyone coming to the area

Pining for Pinehurst
A lovely property that never let us down . Conveniently located which made navigating both golf courses & restaurants really easy. Quietly positioned in a beautiful neighbourhood . Great value , clean & fully equipped for guys , girls or family to enjoy a lovely break. My only regret was that we had such an aggressive golf plan - playing 2 rounds a day that we never got to enjoy the garden! Gerry the owner kept me well informed from point of booking to arrival. There were no issue so no need for anymore contact other than to say “ Thank You “ for use of your beautiful home. 5 Stars would highly recommend & most certainly will return .

Outstanding all around
Great experience all around. property was pristine and better than described. We booked for a short golf trip, but will book again for a couples trip because the home was so nice. It was comparably priced with the hotel/motel options in the area, but gave ample room to stretch out after a great day of golf, and provided free Netflix/streaming TV as well as nice kitchen and kitchenware including Keurig-type coffee maker. Owner was great to work with, and allowed me to reschedule without hassle when I had a death in my family. The home was conveniently located to Pinehurst resort, and Pine Needles/Mid-Pines golf courses. It was an inexpensive UBER ride to the best restaurants in the area. Thanks again!!

Perfect in every way
We enjoyed this home for the month of October. Perfect for us as a twosome with occasional visitors. Master bedroom comfortable and roomy. Location was very close to all amenities and situated in a Pinetree lined neighborhood. Kitchen was well set up. The owner was very accessible and a delight. Would definitely come back to this property.

This home is very upscale and comfortable. It is located within minutes of everything in Pinehurst. The owner is courteous and responsive. It's a perfect set up for two couples with the bedroom suites on opposite sides of the house.

Amazing
The house was very clean when we arrived and extremely comfortable. We were there for a tennis tournament and it was such a nice alternative to a hotel. We had several meals there and we had everything we needed. Grocery store was close by. Gerry had excellent communication with us and was very prompt responding. If we are ever in the area again, this is where we would stay. Thank you so much Gerry for making us feel welcomed!!

Excellent place to stay while golfing
Gerry's house is modern, clean, and well stocked, especially in the kitchen, where you will have everything you need and more. The master bedroom is fantastic. The other bedrooms are more modest but fine. What we did not realize at first is how well located the house is. You are on a beautiful street and close to Pinehurst resort, the Harris Tweed supermarket, a very good Japanese restaurant, a New York Deli, etc. Gerry is very responsive if called. He clearly cares about his guests being happy and having a good vacation. You are in good hands.

Wonderful property, excellent alternative to a hotel room.
We stayed here for 3-nights while visiting family for Easter. The home is beautifully decorated with high-end finishes and minimalist decor. It’s an excellent location to all golf courses, the Village shops, grocery stores etc. The owner is very friendly and a pleasure to work with. We cannot wait to stay here again!

Exactly what we wanted and very pleased.
The property was so cute and welcoming. Every answer to every question provided. Was there for a small corporate meeting and the team was so comfortable. Beautiful home in charming community
The home is beautiful and was just like the pictures. The furniture is very nice, and the home is near to gorgeous golf courses and the nearby Village is full of charming restaurants and shops. The back yard view was just trees and was very serene and relaxing. The owner was very helpful and was easy to contact by phone or chat before and during our stay if we had questions. He even sent over restaurant suggestions. The house was very organized and came with a tablet where we checked in and had lots of information that was helpful. We have stayed at many vacation homes in the past, as we really don't like hotels which are a horrible value for the money, and this is the nicest and most organized. I liked that all the information was on the tablet and that they didn't clutter up all the walls with warnings and instructions as so many other owners do. It made the house much more inviting to stay at. We were in the area having evacuated for Hurricane Irma, but this is definitely the kind of place we would want to stay on vacation if we are ever in the area again.
