We are sorry you feel that way. But it does say in the description that the indoor pool is near by. Its across the street at the park and as far as a restaurant there are three at the park and two less than a minute drive from here. Nowhere does it state that these amenities are on the property. And as far as renting cabins most places do not have employees on site but we are here 7 days a week except an occasional Sunday or if we are on vacation. We actually live right here on the property and the Spa is open Monday thru Saturday 8:30am to 5pm and Sunday sometimes open sometimes closed. We do not have a 24 hour desk and we send you a text with door code and WIFI so you have my number just in case you need to talk to someone when the spa is closed. If your looking for 24 hour service a cabin is not for you.
