I don’t know how I feel about this apartment. Read the reviews and they were all great, reason why I booked but eh. First, location is fantastic, could have not asked for better, literally 3 min from Pisa central, the apartment is pretty big and could easily fit 4-5 people. The price is pretty good too, I guess you get what you paid for. My problem with the apartment was the cleanliness. It was extremely dusty and the carpets extremely dirty. I have mild dust allergies and they activated right away, I did not sleep for the five nights I was there, considered leaving and booking something else but it’s peak season and everything is booked. We also found hairs on the bed sheets that weren’t ours, the pillows and sheets are also very outdated so off course extremely bad allergies. Another issue we had was that the decor from the apartment is extreme frágil and to be fair outdated and weird. On the house rules it says not to touch stuff or break anything and it’s literally everywhere. If you have kids this is not a good stay, if you break anything they will charge you. If you loose the keys it’s 50 euros If you wanna use the parking is extra money( we could not, because some bad communication and didn’t know we had to reserve) we ended up paying 100 euros for 5 days near by. It’s also extremely hectic to drive around so heads up. You have to take out the trash. Can’t drink hard liquor either. Can’t move the chairs either. Overall not very happy.

Perfect gezinsverblijf
Het appartement was perfect, groter dan op de foto’s, met airco en wasmachine. De service van de eigenaar was top. De locatie kan niet beter, aan het station waarbij je met de trein heel de omgeving kunt verkennen. Ik zou de locatie iedereen aanraden.

Super Lage
Ein sehr schönes, großes Appartement, direkt am Bahnhof, also sehr zentral gelegen und sehr gut angebunden, daher auch ideal für weitere Ausflüge in andere Städte der Toskana. Es hat alles gut geklappt (Kommunikation mit dem Host, Schlüsselübergabe ...)

Casa comoda ed accogliente
La casa è molto vicina alla stazione, forse un po' rumorosa nelle prime ore della mattina, ma spaziosa e fornitissima. Comoda per una visita a Pisa; con le biciclette è possibile anche arrivare al mare con la nuova pista ciclabile. Padroni di casa molto attenti alle nostre esigenze e gentili.

Home away from home
The apartment was clean and it reminded me of my childhood stay at my grandmothers house. The rugs, the pictures on the wall, the candy dish filled with candy, the skeleton key in chiffarobe-like closets, the curtained dish cabinet, and the list goes on. I was very pleased with the hospitality, and while I had no need to contact the owners, I feel confident that they would have responded immediately. Thank you Gino and Anna. I will definitely stay at your property again if I'm ever again in Pisa.

logement propre bien situé à Pise
Logement propre près de la gare procédure d'arrivée tardive un peu compliquée pas eu de contacte avec les propriétaires même pour les papiers envoie tout par internet un peu moyen il faisait très chaud à Pise et il n'y a que 2 ventillos heureusement la rue est calme on pouvait ouvrir les fenêtres la nuit

Sehr geräumige Wohnung am südlichen Rand der Altstadt
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen dem südlichen Rand der Altstadt (wo KFZ-Verkehr eingeschränkt ist) und dem Hauptbahnhof. Es ist eine voll eingerichtete 2-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Bad und Küche. Gut geeignet für Besucher, die mit dem Zug kommen.

Appartement de bon standing à deux pas de la gare .
L'appartement est à deux pas de la gare des trains . C'est idéal si vous souhaitez vous déplacer autour de Pise . L'appartement est dans un immeuble de bon standing .Il est bien équipé ( 2 TV LCD , wifi ... ) et très chaleureux . Il y a un supermarché Pam à 5 minutes à pied .La tour de Pise est à 20 minutes à pied . Les propriétaires sont très gentils et parlent français . Très bonne impression générale .

Excellent location
We really enjoyed our stay here. Such a central location. Although we didn’t meet the hosts all communication with them were great and their responses were very quick. It’s a spacious apartment and we felt very secure there. Initially we were a bit wary as there were several groups of men hanging around across the road and both ends of the street but we weren’t bothered by them. I would recommend staying here as it was spotless and very central.

J'accorde 5 étoiles très facilement.
C'est un endroit super. L'appartement est vaste, clair, beaucoup de lumière. Toutes les photos et la description étaient authentique. Proprio très sympathiques et attentifs. Je le recommande à 100%

Appartement typique de Toscane propre et spacieux
Il est situé dans un quartier populaire prêt de la gare .( 1 mn à pied,pratique pour les visites dans les villes éloignées )proche du centre ville 2mn à pied. Propriétaire très agréable. Seul bémol, il n.y a pas de double vitrage, donc un peu bruyant jusqu’à 23h.

Great location near the station
Lovely apartment, traditional and elegantly furnished. Great location 2 mins walk from the station (unfortunately that meant some early morning street noise, not a problem if you want to be up sightseeing). Our host, Anna, was charming and helpful, leaving us a bottle of bubbly and a well stocked line of essentials, tea, coffee and biscuits which were very welcome. Little things like adequate washing up liquid, toilet rolls and bathroom toiletries can make all the difference as it did here. Thank you for your thoughtfulness.

A lovely apartment in good location
Arrived by train, so easy to get to,met by Anna at the apartment less than 5 mins. from the station, given all necessary information and keys, no need for a car so easy to get around by public transport, all within walking distance, new tram system to airport from main station takes about 10 minutes and costs 2.7 euros. Would use again and recommend to anyone.
