The location and neighborhood of this house is beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. However, there were issues with the stay.-Only one key for six people-No key for deadbolt lock so we had to rely solely on lock on door handle-Lock broken on sliding glass door-Issues locking front windows-No blinds on any windows in living room and kitchen-Downstairs king bedroom lock broken-Downstairs bathroom towel bar broken-Oven door handle broke off first time it was touched-Front right stove barely works-Upstairs bathroom not cleaned; toothpaste all over sink-Top bunk not made; sheets left folded on top, but were still wet-Bottom bunk sheets had yellow stains on it-Air conditioners not sealed and had spiders coming in through them every night-Fire pit area completely overgrown with weedsThe worst part was the lack of communication. The property manager tried to charge us 100 over what we owed for resort fees, and you have to pay this through Venmo or PayPal and have faith the manager sends it to the HOA. She never confirmed receiving it until asked hours later. It then took us multiple days to get our gate passes. We called every day and were told "it's coming." Finally, 24 hours before we were to check in, we still didn't have them and we were on the phone again with the manager and the HOA directly. We then tried to ask three different questions the day we checked in and never got a response until 8:30 at night to just one of the questions and she ignored the rest.
