Don't Stay Here! Before our rental week, I brought to the hosts' attention a review from May 8th listing appliances and fixtures and other items not working properly. The host confirmed these items were taken care of, but upon arriving an entire month after the previous renter, we discovered nothing had been repaired and only a light bulb on the deck was replaced. The clothes dryer wasn't working so we were offered 100.00 refund to spend a week not washing/drying clothes. (refund has not shown up yet)The A/C unit was still not operating since the May review and the hot tub could not warm up past 80 degrees rendering it usable being uncomfortably cold. The Host said a handyman would arrive at noon the following day-but he showed up well past 4pm. He was unable to speak English and could not fix the A/c or Hot tub heating element. The mice droppings on top of the water heater made for an unsettling week of pest high alert. Also the smoke alarms seem to be completely disconnected.

We had a great time at your property, however there were a number of things that we were disappointed in given the price we paid for a two night stay (& the check in/out times). Other potential renters should be aware of the below items.Items that were poor quality/problematic: --The outdoor table on the deck is very unstable and wobbly. -- The foosball table in the basement is very unstable. We were afraid to play it because we didn't want it to crumble on our stay. -- The AC unit was not cooling the place down. The basement was really cool but the main level and loft were not on night one. By the time we left, it was cooler in there but that is most likely because it was 40 degrees outside & we had windows open. -- The loft shower/tub did not work as expected. The shower barely had a steam to stand under and the tub did not plug to take a bath. -- The basement toilet was bubbling. The first time it was used, there was water all over the inside lid and was very discolored/stained. It works fine, but was concerning. --There is no outdoor lighting for night time hot tub usage.Items that were damaged upon arrival:-- The outdoor furniture (couch) cover was ripped.-- There was a blown bulb in one of the lamps in full bed main level bedroom. We left the blown bulb on the night stand. -- The Keurig machine spits water out of the front when brewing. -- The kitchen faucet drips.-- The lounge chair on the patio is broken.

Very quiet location. House was clean and roomy. Hot tub was good. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. Shower in upstairs bedroom make a noise when you use it. Kitchen sink kept dripping. AC was not working very well which made the first floor bedroom very hot.

Group of friends all stayed for the weekend and we were impressed by the tidy and cleanliness. The bed linens were hotel style and clean. The shower towels were neatly rolled and toilet paper stamped by a clearly professional cleaning service that had come through.Had very few “issues” such as a leaky faucet etc I made the host aware but had no impact on our stay. Host was very responsive and appreciative of all feedback.Definitely recommend.

We love Arrowhead Lakes and the house was delightful, all the amenities we could ask for and more. The property owner/manager was very attentive and let us check in early. Had a great time and look forward to returning.

The property was amazing and the hosts were readily accessible when needed! Extremely comfortable stay. Just a few words regarding the listing… the “queen bed” in the living room is a pull out couch. The “lake views” are lake adjacent. Other than that, the listing was accurate! Overall would stay again! Thanks for hosting!

Everything was spacious and clean. Plenty of restrooms. Lots of nice little touches like baskets of extra blankets made the stay cozy. We had one restroom with a blocked drain but we let the property manager know and there were plenty of other showers to use. Nice location, fees very safe. Was perfect for our women’s retreat. Would definitely stay again.

We had a ladies’ weekend retreat at the house and it was a perfect location for us. It actually rained all weekend, but the variety of activities/amenities available meant that we could enjoy our stay, rain or shine!

We enjoyed ourselves very much! The house is very roomy and has everything you need. There is a lovely view in the morning, both through the large windows and from the deck. The beds were comfy as well. Would definitely recommend!

The property was clean. Property manager seemed available at all times. That’s about it. I’m very disappointed to find out this property is not “lake front” it’s more lake nearby. It’s across the street from other homes who have taken the lake front view. The complex / community is not easy and accessible to travel without a listing of things that seem very unexpected and unusual. They needed cars license plate and make information. They needed full names of the drivers of vehicles. The arrival dates and rapture date per person. Which all of this is extra additional charges I was not aware of until after the first period of cancellation period of 50%. Tbh I would have canceled this trip if I knew about these charges. And how difficult it is to maneuver in and out of this complex. Btw the lake is atrocious. You cnt bring your own water equipment for activities. You cnt swim in this water. You cnt enjoy this stay without finding out terrible things about this community. The only benefit I enjoyed from this stay was the fact that it was safe. Miscitoes are everywhere. It’s almost as if I was camping. The bunk beds was in Terrible condition. Almost snapped in half. Be careful and if you enjoy these comments I have about the community and property go ahead and book. But dnt say I didn’t warn you.

This property was exactly as stated in the listing. When we first came in the home was very clean and inviting. We especially loved that there was a bathroom on every floor. This was super convenient as we have a special needs child who is mobile but legally blind. The wrap around deck is a beautiful addition to this home outlooking the beautiful natural scenary. The deck was a wonderful place to have that cup of coffee in the early mornings watching the sunrise. It was only a short walk to the beach where we spent most of our days. In the evenings we would retire to grill out and have dinner on the deck with our family. In the evenings some of the family would be off to the hot tub while the other would be playing in the game room. Some nights we would retire to the bedrooms where each room is equipped with a television for your watching pleasure. We only had to reach out to the host a few times during our stay to reset the security alarm. The host was always very amicable and readily available to answer questions and assist us with anything we needed. Definitely would not hesitate to book again.

House was very clean and hosts were excellent. Wonderful stay. The house was very comfortable for a relaxing vacation. Hosts provided plenty of entertainment with the house from a clean, large hot tub, Foosball tables, corn hole boards, and Roku's in every room. Household basics provided - linens, soap/shampoo, towels, paper towels, dish detergent, etc. Great outdoor space for relaxing or dining. House also includes plenty of activities in the neighborhood. Great stay.
