La Villa se encuentra en el pequeño pueblo perfectamente tranquilo y relajante llamado Gornja Podgora, a 5 minutos en coche del concurrido centro turístico del pueblo costero de Podgora, que ofrece playas de guijarros, un largo paseo marítimo, restaurantes y actividades acuáticas. La playa de guijarros más cercana está en Podgora, a 5 minutos en coche del establecimiento.

La villa fue completamente renovada en el interior en el invierno 2016/2017.

A solo 2 minutos en coche del Parque Nacional de Biokovo, la montaña que se eleva directamente del mar, con sus picos y miradores que ofrecen vistas panorámicas inolvidables de la Riviera de Makarska y el área alrededor de Biokovo.

15 minutos en coche de Makarska, una ciudad de más de 15 mil habitantes que abarca pueblos pintorescos al pie de la montaña Biokovo. Hay una línea de ferry que va desde Makarska a Sumartin en la isla de Brac.

Hay muchas actividades dentro de la región, incluyendo rafting en el río Cetina cerca de Omis y otras actividades acuáticas.

Überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastger; auch andere Kroaten begegneten uns stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Ferienhaus ist super 👍 einziger kleiner Nachteil ist die Erreichbarkeit. Die Gegend um Podgora bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Wanderungen und Besichtigungen. Strände sind auch sehr schön.

Das Haus ist perfekt- oberhalb von PODGORA gelegen, in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Der Pool mit Meerblick ist traumhaft, das Haus ist sehr sauber und top gepflegt. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und haben gute Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflugsziele.

Et flott hus i et fint og stille område. Kommunikasjon før og under oppholdet var bra. Eierne møtte oss i huset ved innsjekking, og tok oss godt i mot. Leieforholdet gikk enkelt for seg. Huset var rent og ryddig, det samme var bassenget. God størrelse på alle soverom.

We stayed in the house for 10 days. Everything was perfect. Super clean and everything was in top condition. The landlords really thought of everything for us and were super friendly. The pool was great and the view over the sea is unique. Really 10 out of 10 points!!!!

A well equipped and presented villa with amazing views and fabulous sunsets. Peaceful setting 5 minutes drive up the mountain from the seaside town of Podgora with its crystal clear waters. The owners couldn’t be more helpful and have invested and produced a great place to stay adding a ground floor and enlarging the villa to include a third bedroom, small gym and second bathroom since we last visited. Would highly recommend.

We just spent a lovely and relaxing 2 weeks in Villa Vedran in Podgora. The villa is really well planned and is spotlessly clean. We have been going on Villa holidays for roughly 20 years and this is one of the best we’ve been to for several different reasons. Vlado and Danijela were both amazing hosts. Communication was very easy and always prompt. Their recommendations for food, places to go locally and in Split etc were always spot on. They even helped me sort out a parking ticket which was very kind of them. Also the little details have also been thought through like having enough toilet roll, soaps and shower gels, salt, oil, charcoal briquettes etc. which are small but inevitably need to be bought if they aren’t supplied and they rarely are. The welcome hamper was also very classy and was much appreciated. The gym is really well equipped and there is plenty of outdoor seating. We spent a lot of time by the pool which is as inviting as the photos suggest. A car is essential but we did in fact walk to Podgora down some paths a few times. Walking back is a bit more challenging but only took 15-20 mins so is definitely a possibility if you are fit enough. Equally you can take a slightly longer route which isn’t as steep which only takes 5-10 mins longer. Podgora and Tucepi have good restaurants and we didn’t have a bad meal anywhere. This part of Croatia is beautiful and Villa Vedran was the perfect base for us. We’d be happy to go back there anytime.

Das Haus liegt wunderschön oberhalb von Podgora. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Haus war blitzblank geputzt und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch draußen am Pool fehlt es an nichts. Sehr vorteilhaft sind die Mückennetze vor den Fenstern. Vlado und Danijela sind aufmerksame und freundliche Gastgeber. Vielen Dank für viele gute Tips!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Podgora. Die Villa liegt traumhaft in den Hügeln von Podgora - der Meerblick mit Sonnenuntergang ist genial. Es war sauber und es war alles da, was wir gebraucht haben. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen.

Wir haben 10 Tage in diesem wundervollen Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Sauberkeit hätte weit mehr als 5 Sterne verdient. Alles ist in bestem Zustand! Auch der Pool und der Außenbereich sind bestens gepflegt und ausgestattet. Alles ist wie auf den Bildern. Der Ausblick vom Pool und vom Balkon ist grandios. Und an den Sonnenuntergänge kann man sich gar nicht sattsehen. Man merkt, dass Vlado und Danijela ihr Haus auch selbst bewohnen. Vlado hat sich immer um unser Wohlergehen gekümmert! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in villa vedran in Podgora. The villa was beautiful and very peaceful. Our hosts were super and available when needed. We had hoped to walk to town in the evenings to try the local restaurants but this is not advisable but is only a 5 min car ride down to the car park and you’re on the promenade. We dined in some lovely restaurants on the sea front and the sea was the clearest I have ever swam in. Croatia is beautiful and we would love to return one day.

Villa Vedran is immaculate and well decorated throughout. The pool area is great and was even better than the photos. Lovely quiet location and breathtaking views of mountains and sea. A car is essential. Vlado and Danijela were amazing hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.

The view from this house is amazing. It is located 200 meters above see level, so you see far. We enjoyed the pool, witch is cooled to 26 degrees I think, and the very nice interiour of the house Every room felt brand new, clean and pretty. The landlord was very nice and helpfull. At one time internet broke down, and after texting him he fixed it remotly in 10 minutes. Great service!

Super nette Vermieter die einem gute/viele Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants usw. geben. Das Haus und der Pool ist extrem gepflegt und sehr sauber. Alles entspricht zu 100% der Objektbeschreibung und der Blick vom Pool und vom Balkon auf das Meer ist überragend. Der Ort klein und überschaubar aber mit tollen Traumstränden. Sehr wenig los am Strand und super tolle Wasserqualität. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus und die Vermieter nur weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes und gut ausgestattetes Haus oberhalb von Podgora. Wunderschöne Landschaft, sehr ruhig, 30 Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt. Schöne Strände in der Umgebung. Wir waren absolut begeistert!

Ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus oberhalb von Podgora mit schönem Blick auf das Meer. Die Eigentümer nutzen ihr Ferienhaus in Abwesenheit von Gästen selbst, das merkt man - alles ist sehr geschmackvoll, sehr gut ausgestattet und äußerst gepflegt. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und können das Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Dieses Haus hat alles gehalten was versprochen wird, sogar noch darüber hinaus. Man merkt die Liebe und Hingabe in jeder Ecke des Hauses. Alles ist sehr sauber und wirklich sehr gut gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und geben einem das Gefühl wirklich willkommen zu sein. Es werden einem Handtücher, alle möglichen Formen von Hygieneartikeln und auch Putzmittel überdurchschnittlich ausreichend zu Verfügung gestellt. Auch sowas wie Salz und Öl inklusive kalter Erfrischungsgetränke standen schon bei Ankunft bereit. Alle technischen Geräte waren in einem Top Zustand. Wir haben schon viele Häuser gemietet gehabt und dieses war mit Abstand das Beste! Auch die Lage ist einfach nur grandios auch wenn der Weg beim ersten Mal etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist. Jeden Abend hat man auf der Terrasse einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Wir danken Vlado und seiner Frau, dass wir in diesem tollen Haus eine sehr schöne Zeit verbringen durften. Zusätzlich hat Vlado auch noch sehr tolle Tips für Restaurants und Unternehmungen in der Nähe. Welche wir sehr gern angenommen haben.

Meine 4-köpfige Familie hat sich in Vlado und Danijelas Haus zwei Wochen lang pudelwohl gefühlt. Die beiden Besitzer sind supernett und zuvorkommend, helfen bei allen Fragen, geben zahlreiche Sightseeing- und Restaurants-Tipps und umsorgen ihre Gäste auch mit zahlreiche Dingen des täglichen Lebens (Seife, Kaffee, Toilettenpapier etc.) zur freien Nutzung. Das Haus ist "blitzblank", fast wie neu, es fehlt an nichts, es ist gemütlich, modern, großzügig gebaut. Der gepflegte Pool ist an heißen Tagen natürlich das Highlight, dicht gefolgt vom Mega-Ausblick, der tatsächlich so kitschig ist, wie auf den Fotos im Netz. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und können Vlado und Danijelas Haus und deren Gastfreundschaft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Danke! Heike und Swen

Villa Vedran is located on the slopes above Podgora, wonderfully quiet location, with a magnificent view of the sea and the mountains. The house itself is in excellent, as new condition. The owners have managed to combine modern equipment with the house's own charm. Everything is well maintained and perfectly clean. On the lower level there is a large area with open kitchen, dining table and living room. Furthermore, a modern guest toilet, as well as a sensibly equipped fitness room. On the upper level, in addition to the three air-conditioned bedrooms and two large, modernly designed bathrooms, there is also access to the balcony. The balcony offers a truly breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea and the neighboring islands. Sitting there and enjoying the sunset with a glass of wine is pure vacation feeling. The house includes the large and well-kept pool with plenty of sunbeds, as well as a shaded lounge area with comfortable seating. The outdoor area is lovingly planted. Right next to the main entrance is a large and secure parking area for cars. Behind the house is a large barbecue and another shaded outdoor dining table. Everything needed for barbecuing has been kindly provided by the hosts. The equipment and condition leave nothing to be desired. From fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, to internet, washing machine, towels, household items of any kind, everything is more than sufficiently available. Danijela and Vlado are really warm and attentive hosts, the communication was exemplary at all times. It was a pleasure to meet you. It should be mentioned that you should be mobile to get to Podagra or to the nearest supermarkets. You can take a cab down to the village for little money, but a car is highly recommended. We can in good conscience make an unreserved recommendation and would have preferred to stay.
