Great vacation home

Beautiful home right on the ocean that we enjoyed with family. We had a few minor issues but the rental property manager was quick to respond to us when needed. We had to wait an hour to get into the separate unit on the first floor and the hot tub stopped working the night before our departure. Not many beach chairs available and be aware that geckos can access the first floor unit!

Spring Break

We were very comfortable during our stay at Pelicans Rest. The house was very clean, well maintained and had everything we could have needed. The location was great for our needs including distance to grocery store and a couple of restaurants. You can’t beat the beachfront location. My only complaint would have been the hum of the ac unit but eventually we got used to it and closed the door to the hall when watching tv in the living room. Thanks for a wonderful week!

This lovely well maintained house is right on the beach in PONTE VEDRA. lots of towels, well appointed kitchen, multiple gathering places. The beach is spotless and not a peep from neighbors.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay! Couldn’t be happier with the home. Being right on the ocean is breathtaking! The home was nicely decorated, well-stocked with plenty of kitchen items for a large group, and the beds were comfortable. Questions were promptly answered and there’s no doubt we would stay again if we were in the area.

Amazing stay in St Augustine

First time to SA. Would definitely stay in this house again! The ocean was right in our backyard. The accommodations were as described. Loved everything about it. We were here over Memorial Day week and felt like we had the beach all to ourselves. Far enough away from the crowds but close enough to drive in for dinner, lunch, shopping, grocery store. Loved it!

Wonderful stay!

I was more than impressed with this rental. The home was stocked with more than we could have imagined. There were numerous beach chairs, beach umbrella, surf boards, boogie boards, kids beach toys, indoor board games, books and plenty of beach towels! The home was absolutely gorgeous and very well maintained and cleaned. If we visit Ponte Vedra again we will definitely look to book this home again. There was more than enough room for five adults and four kids under age 8.

Priceless!

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The owners/mangers are very quick to reply to all questions and correspondence. The home was as described and even better. It was beautifully decorated, well maintained, well stocked, clean, extremely comfortable and directly on the beach. The morning sunrises beam through the entire house, it was a priceless way to enjoy morning coffee. The outside deck has plenty of seating and coverage from the hotter times during the day. I can truly not think of anything to improve upon. We would definitely rent again. There were 5 of us and had more than enough space for double our size. Thank you!

Lovely place but some things were an inconvenience…. - the master bed room did not have a door so when people were talking down stairs it was very loud and you cant sleep - when arriving, the address takes you to the wrong place and is a bit hard to find at first Thank you

Gorgeous ocean views!!

We loved the beautifully upgraded home! The ocean views from the main level and the upper level rooms were amazing! The lower level bedroom while roomy and comfortable did not have any views of the ocean but this was a beautiful home and we throughly enjoyed our stay!
