Family beach week

Beautiful and comfortable home that includes everything needed for a great family beach vacation. Beach is just about perfect and only steps away from the patio. Lina is a most welcoming and informative host, always accessible and responsive to any need or concern. A great beach experience!

Perfect house for our family!

This was a great space for our multi-generation beach week! My parents (late 70's), my sister and I, both our husbands, and our 5 kids ages 15-24, all enjoyed our week away. The beach was beautiful, the outdoor patio/grass/"backyard" was a nice option for people to experience the beach, and watch what all the kids, without always having to go down in the sand. We ate most of our meals in - the grill and well stocked kitchen were very helpful for this. Local seafood markets offered fresh shrimp and seafood for grilling. Thank you for your hospitality!

Retirement/65th birthday celebration

Such a great house. Had everything that we needed. From cooking to beach chairs/tables. Everything was labeled which is always a plus. Location was great for what we wanted. We have stayed at multiple VRBO locations and nobody was as accommodating and quick to respond to any texts or emails that were sent! That was so appreciated! Would definitely stay again and one of the couples that were with us are thinking about renting this house next summer for their family vacation!

Family Spring Break

Our group consisted of grandparents and two families. The house is spacious and had everything that we needed (and more)! The fact that the beach is steps away made the stay perfection. The house is removed from crowds but easily accessible to restaurants, Publix, and ICE CREAM! Short drive to Old St. Augustine. Lina was an amazing host! She communicated regularly and sent a welcoming gift which was so kind! We will likely be back. Thank you!!!

Spacious property with ocean in the backyard

Our family of eight really enjoyed our Spring Break in this property. The house is huge with plenty of room for everyone. There are multiple rooms with king size beds in it.The ocean is in the backyard and we absolutely loved that as we had small children and they could nap while the parents could still enjoy the beach. There were two tents for the beach and plenty of beach chairs available, which I really appreciated. The host was great, very responsive and easy to communicate. St. Augustine is just minutes away which is great for non-beach activities. The sound for TV in the family room/kitchen really needs to be fixed though. The TV somehow plays in full volume in the bedroom behind the family room. It felt as if the TV speakers were placed right into that bedroom. We could not watch the TV in the family room in the evenings, so that we wouldn’t disturb the toddler sleeping in the adjacent bedroom. Also, the kitchen could be better stocked. There was a lot of random stuff available, but it was really unorganized and felt like noone checked that everything is there. I think it would be better to just have fewer quality and better organized kitchen items. Some things that we found missing are baking sheets, and teaspoons. There were teaspoons, but as mentioned, very random plastic/glass teaspoons that usually come with souvenir cups. There also weren’t normal size coffee mugs for 12 people. Overall, this was a great stay though and we would happily return here again.

BEST VACATION EVER!!!

My family and I have stayed at many different places over the years for our annual vacation and this home is by far the best we have had!! No exaggeration this home is luxurious, it had everything you need and more. The marine life was abundant and the beach was stellar for swimming and taking long walks to find shells and shark teeth. If you are not completely satisfied with this home you wont be happy anywhere. Ms. Lina was prompt with answers and even checked on us to make sure we were enjoying ourselves! I highly recommend booking this place, the only downfall is it made it hard to return to our house!!

Unbeatable Beachfront Experience

I cannot imagine a better place to stay in the area. This house was amazing and had everything our group needed. The beach access is unmatched and we ended up basically having the beach to ourselves the whole trip. Lina and Larry were extremely helpful throughout the process leading up to check-in and during our stay. I cannot recommend a stay at this place enough. It is truly perfect.

Repeat Stay - Repeat Incredible Experience!

My family and I returned again this year because of the incredible experience we had last year with the home, the location, and the personal and caring attention from the owners. We believed this experience couldn't get any better. But it did! Not only were we treated like family (again) in this one of a kind home, the owners upped it with more extras and even upgraded some things that were already top of the line. We've been renting homes in this same area for 18 years and know that we will never find a better place to stay and look forward to our 3rd stay again soon. Thank you Lina & Larry! Great Location and Great Home

We came down for just a week get-a-way for some time away and relaxation. The home was very nice, clean, and had plenty of room to not be crowded. The location was perfect and had plenty of nearby restaurants and things to do - close to Ponte Vedra and St. Augustine. The hosts were very informative and provided great information.

Wonderful Home

This home was everything we expected and more! Our family of 10 experienced a wonderful and relaxing trip with lots of room to spend time together! The ocean was literally right outside the door with a private, pristine beach. The host was very gracious, helpful, and always available for questions. We loved this property and the entire family agreed we hope to rent again from this host at this property!

Family get a way to Reconnect

Even better than the photos! Location is incredible. Views are Outstanding!! The hosts are very responsive and accommodating! The access to the beach is the best I’ve ever had. It’s a dream for a toddler mom or for elderly folks with mobility issues. Will absolutely book this place again!

Great Rental

Our host was amazing! The house was clean and in a wonderful location. The air conditioner kept the house very cool even with temps near 100 degrees. Lina responded to texts and phone calls immediately. Overall, this was a wonderful place.

5 Star Home with 5 Star Service

Our family has been renting beach homes for over 10 years, owned our own in the past, and this home is by far the best experience we’ve ever had. It is updated, spacious, and a 5 star property that is exactly how it's advertised. The owners provide timely updates including a detailed manual (in advance) of the property and what to expect. The 5 star service includes the owner's telephone number and they quickly respond to any question or address any issue. Unadvertised "extras" are provided that makes you feel appreciated and as a friend of their family. You can be comfortable knowing that you can just show up with you bathing suit and food and feel like you're walking into your own home on the beach. We look forward to our next visit.

Family Trip

Our family trip was wonderful. The house was beautiful, and so close to the water. There were plenty of beach towels, chairs, and beach toys for all. My only complaint would be that the house isn’t adequately stocked in the kitchen. There wasn’t enough plates or drinking glasses to accommodate a six bedroom house. There is only one cutting board, no mixing bowls and only one frying pan. I would definitely consider renting here again, especially if some of the things I mentioned got addressed.

Beautiful Beach Front Home

Plenty of room for everyone, clean and well kept. Top notch appliances, AC very cold, beds comfortable, back deck large and accommodating. Only negative thing was huge spider webs on stairs going to sundeck and on handrails on upper bedroom outside deck. Would definitely stay here again.
