Gorgeous Beach House & Perfect Location!

This beach house is absolutely gorgeous! The kitchen, the living room, the bathrooms and bedrooms no detail was left untouched. The kitchen is so equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was so clean and truly had everything we needed for our stay. The location is perfect! The private beach access leads down to a quiet part of the beach and was truly amazing. We have stayed in many houses on the beach and this one was hands down one of our favorites. The communications is amazing and they are so quick to respond to anything you need. Thank you for our amazing stay!! We will be back!!

Ocean Front Winter Get-Away

This property was great. We really enjoyed the ocean. Having a yard for our dog on a beachfront house was fantastic. Hosts were very helpful and responded quickly.

Awesome beachfront vacation home!

Loved our stay at Sandpiper’s Nest! The house was perfect for our family vacation, and enjoying our own private beach was an added bonus! We were able to enjoy the large oceanfront deck for sunrises and sunset/after dark! (The deck was unbearably hot during the day, even to just walk across.) The layout was perfect for 6, which included 4 college kids! The primary bedroom and bathroom were spacious and great…the secondary rooms were good, but the showers, shower mats, and curtains can be replaced. (Bedroom with twin beds is missing a ceiling fan, which made it stuffy in there at night!) Location is convenient to restaurants and Publix, and super easy drive to Historic St. Augustine! Overall, we loved it and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Amazing view on the beach

We enjoyed a week-long stay over the holidays. The water view and beach walks were beautiful. The house is clean, bright, and well equipped. Beds are not comfortable and trundle bed does not have a mattress. TV streaming is extremely slow. We had a great time other than those two issues!

Absolute perfection

Our visit was to begin just as Ian hit. David and Daphne treated us with kindness and caring even as our trip was to be delayed. The house was absolutely stunning and exactly as described in the listing. It accommodated us and our small dogs so very well. The gated grassy area for pottying was super convenient. Every small detail was thought of and this felt like a ‘home’ rather just a vacation rental. We cannot wait to return to create many more happy beach memories. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Sandpiper's Nest

One of two best properties. Nicely decorated, clean, kitchen well=stocked. Would rent again. Even the beds were comfortable with clean new linens. Very easy to stay there with a small dog with the fenced area.

Nice Oceanfront Propertu

We had an enjoyable week long stay. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. The house is located in a fairly quiet area of the beach, although a public beach access point in nearby. Parts of the house could use some updating, particularly the screen porch, but overall it was clean and nice. The putting green was a nice touch. Shopping and restaurants are nearby and convenient. Overall, would recommend for a family beach vacation.

Just steps to the water

Perfect location to enjoy the beach as well as historic St Augustine. Three generations of family together with things for everyone to do, including the family dog. The house was comfortable and the owner's accommodative.

Our stay at Sandpiper’s Nest was wonderful. It checked all of the boxes of my property search: - oceanfront property with great views - a covered (and even screened!) porch area - one level with a walk-in shower for my parents - dog friendly (with a super convenient fenced-in side yard) - open living/kitchen/dining - comfortable bedrooms - quiet and peaceful

An absolute 5 star

This was the best beach house!! It was very well stocked and was very clean upon arrival. The welcome packet was very comprehensive, detailed and easy to understand. When returning to the Ponte Vedra area, this will be the first beach house I look for and I hope it is available. Oh, and the beach access is very convenient too. I looked for reasons to not give each area a five, but honestly can't. It was a 5 in all areas!

Beautiful Views......Steps from the beach

We enjoyed our time at Sandpiper's Nest. The layout of the home was perfect for our family and we were happy to have our fury family members with us. Falling alseep to crashing waves is amazing.

Excellent place, amazing location

We go every year to St. Augustine. This was by far the nicest location we have stayed in. Everything was thought of: linens, beach towels and equipment, and you can tell the owners are pet people because they have planned around animals with a separate area for potty runs and gates and fences around all the main areas. The furniture was relatively new and in good condition and appropriate for a mid size family to stay. Judy was lovely to work with and very helpful. We had a blast and plan to be back again next year!

what a great location

we we wanted a place we could walk out of the house and be on the beach, and this place was it! we took our dog for the first time ,ever, and the fenced yard on the side was perfect for her to do her business .
