Dear Mr Sourav My team and I were shocked to read your review on Expedia, as we did not receive a single mention of it during your stay, on departure or via the guest feedback form, at which point I would have addressed it immediately. At the Grand Hotel Kronenhof, we have staff from different cultures, ethnic backgrounds and religions, from a total of 16 different countries, and all our guests, regardless of their origin, are equally welcome. We try to look after each and every guest in the same way and we do everything to make them feel at home, to ensure that they relax and enjoy their stay in the best possible way. We are proud to differentiate ourselves from our competitors through our friendliness, helpfulness and uncomplicated way of serving our guests. Therefore, I would like to apologize unreservedly if you had the feeling of not being welcome, but I categorically distance myself, my team and the hotel from any accusation of racism, as there is absolutely no place for it here at Grand Hotel Kronenhof.
