La habitación limpia y cómoda la cama . Las instalaciones son bonitas pero deben Hacerle mantenimiento las alfombras sucias los muebles del desayunador estanban sucios y desgastados. Por el costo me parece que deben de cuidar la imagen.

The lobby was nice. Needed a last-minute room on top of the one I had, and they would not honor the same rate. I had to go find a deal on the web. The floor was not clean and was dirty. The ac did not work very well. It was not a premier location despite the name. It was an average hotel for a premier price. Good breakfast though...

Overall it was a good stay. However, it was the “little things” that irritated me. The iron was broken, the shade were broken we lift them up and the turntable in the microwave was missing.

We stayed Easter Sunday. Dining room was closed. We were sent to a restaurant off site which was also closed. Picked up a hotdog at the 7-11. Very disappointed.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. I had a great Experience the rooms were clean, and the people at the front desk were very nice especially Tina who has great personality and was very helpful when it came to checking in.

The staff was polite and professional. But the room was a disaster. The containers of soap in the shower, empty the container in the bathroom by the sink was empty 4 of the lights had burned out bulbs. The remote to the TV wouldn’t work I open the back of it and had no batteries in it. There was a half gallon of milk in the refrigerator that someone left. Not great.

Best Western Premeir the best!
Pleasant surprise staying here. All was good including staff, comfort of beds, cleanliness, delicious breakfast and location. We were passing through heading further south. The size of the room with the pull out couch would make it perfect for a family of 4 with kids.

We only went there because of our road trip. Should've look for something better. Staff was rude... At my checking the lady in front told me breakfast was at 6:30 and ended up being at 7am (which I didn't mind) what bothered me was the rude staff in the kitchen who refused to answer me when I had questions. I even told him why was he working in a hotel with this rude attitude (he ignored obviously). ***The worst part was when we woke up we saw 2 small cockroaches in the bathroom when we turned on the light.*** We wanted to tell the person in the front desk but nobody was there and when the guy finally appeared from a room in the back watching some videos I didn't even bother telling him anything. Obviously this hotel is just awful in every way so no matter what i would say I know nothing would change. The whole team is just unprofessional. Look for something else guys...
