I was checked into a room that was not clean and in the midst of repairs. It should have never been put into service. The next room that i was moved to, was a little nicer...not by much. There wasn't a coffee pot in the room, no garbage can in the bathroom, the continental breakfast had no fruits, pastries, bowls for the oatmeal, etc...the whole experience was dismal and very disappointing. I would normally have checked later in the morning after relaxing in my room...i checked out at 7:30 i, the morning because i couldn't wait to get out of there.

After we arrived my 4yr old son found drug paraphernalia in the bathroom. Staff was quick to refund my money and upgrade us to another room. The next day i went down for breakfast and came back to my and the door card reader quit qorking and we hot locked out of our room until housekeeping could come unlock it so we vould get pur stuff to check-out.

Rooms that i stayed in were nothing like advertised in pictures online. Clean and staff was friendly but rooms were not nice at all.

First off I didn't like the additional $75.00 deposit hold that I was unaware of when booking. The bed frame was broken with a dirty towel under the bed, and finally the shower did not work, you could take a bath but the bath faucet had been replaced with had no big way to switch the water flow to the shower, disappointing.

I recently stayed at Sunnyside Inn and Suites and it was an absolute nightmare. The moment I walked into the room, I was hit with a wave of smoke odor that saturated the entire room. The room itself was disgustingly dirty, with stains on on the walls, beat up furniture, no shower curtain, and broken television. Despite complaints to the staff about the cleanliness and odor, they were dismissive and unhelpful, displaying horrible customer service. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone unless they enjoy the idea of staying in a grimy, smoke-filled environment with staff who couldn't care less about their guests' comfort.

Furniture in rooms need to be refinished. The room needed painting. The linens were poor quality. No cable TV, only local stations. The door to room did not make me feel safe. No soap in thebathroom

The room was clean, the check in and check out process was easy. The bed wasn’t super comfortable but the jacuzzi tub was perfect! The water was hot and the jets weren’t too powerful.
