The communication with owner and property manager was quick. The description was accurate. The property was janky. The exterior needed cleaned up and the land scaping needed trimmed. The inside of the house needed a deep cleaning. The walls were dirty, many knicks in the walls, oulets that didn't work, pocket doors that didn't work, windows with broken seals, carpets needed a good vacuum and cleaning. The chair in the formal living room was covering an air vent that didn't have the correct size covering the one on it was too small. Ants and flies were in the house. The master bed room had a wall outlet missing the protective cover. A fire and safety hazard. The mini blinds were broken and missing slats. The master bathroom had black stuff on the white ceiling that looked like mold? but not sure. The kitchen sink faucet was not secured in place. The whole faucet was wobbly and getting the water to shut off was tricky. The furniture was uncomfortable and partially broken. The beds had well worn bedding. Clean but not very new. The baths were missing trash cans. We contracted to rent the house for 3 nites 4 days. We arrived late the first night. In the morning we reached out to the manager with a request to leave early and be reimbursed. Thankfully the owner and VRBO let us out with partial reimbursement. We didn't feel comfortable using any appliances except the coffee maker.

Visit with family in Clackamas/Oregon City

The kids really loved the bunk beds and It was great having 2 1/2 baths and laundry facilities! The house was nice but needs a little TLC.

Bathrooms sliding hard to slide and lock. A privacy issue. Dryer vent - vented in the laundry room. Railing missing spindles. A safety issue. Back yard overgrown. Did not want to use as shown in pictures.

Bathroom sliding doors stuck and would not lock properly.

Decent stay

This house was in a great safe feeling neighborhood. Check in was very easy. Communication with the host was very easy and they always answered. The only complaint we had was that we noticed quite an ant problem in the upstairs master bedroom. It's Oregon and the right time of year that these guys show up so we don't hold it against the property owner but it was a little unnerving. Other than that stay was good. The house needs a little TLC in some areas but not anything that would keep us from recommending this house and we probably will rent again next year if it's available for our conference.

Nice place to stay as a group

It was a comfortable place to stay. We had a rather large group that mostly used the house as a place to sleep, as our days were spent in local meetings.Seems like a safe quite neighborhood. I would recommend it anyone.

ok if things were broken and cleaner

There were many things not working properly and or broken. The place would be OK if those things were fixed beforehand. These things seem like they should have been taken care easily before our stay. We wouldn't chose to stay here again if we back in the area.

Great Location - Property not as Expected

The property is conveniently located minutes away from US 205, Clackamas Town Center, restaurants, hospitals, and other services. However, the furnishings are not up to par with what is expected at this price point (broken chairs and couch, poorly stocked kitchen, broken coffee maker, slow Wi-Fi, etc.). Found burned out coffee maker in the laundry room and ping pong table advertised in the garage was not usable/available. The sleeping areas and bathrooms were clean but the house needs updated furnishings to be ready for prime time. ER
