I loved the staff's kindness. The room view was great, and the jojig was delicious. The view may vary from room to room, but I would recommend it for its kindness.

A great location - near the centre but far enough from the crowds to be quiet. Lovely room with a view of the river. Delicious breakfasts and three very good restaurants almost next door.

Refund denied
This place is adorable and the location is great. The staff is very nice and the breakfast and breakfast setting was wonderful. We had an unfortunate problem with the drain in our shower. It ended up leaking to the room below and overflowing into our room. It smelled. We were instructed not to use our shower until the plumber came. They offered us a night’s refund for the inconvenience, asked for our IBAN but then sent us a message AFTER we left that they were not going to give us the refund because, after investigation, nothing was wrong with the drain. So weird. We had not even asked about the refund but they offered. The result put a damper on what was otherwise a nice stay.

What an amazing and beautiful place to stay. We stayed in a room overlooking the town and the river and it was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Hosts were very attentive.

La Maison dans son ensemble. L'accueil, les conseils de visite et restaurants, La propreté, la décoration. Le petit-déjeuner [juste dommage que nous n'ayons pas su que des œufs étaient possibles sur demande], mais très bien, produits frais et variés.. Nous reviendrons, c'est certain. Chambre absolument top et atypique.

Great place to stay for a short city break
Lovely people running the hotel. Easy and early check in which was very much appreciated. Toiletries were not replenished which was a shame. Sofa in the living area was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was nice and the fresh orange juice was a real delight in the morning. Easy walk to all sites.

The River view from one of the windows is gorgeous. It’s an old house that are creatively remodeled for hotel rooms. It has a lot of steps that make it challenging if you have health issues. It has multiple levels and there is a bed in the attic that kids would like. It feels cramped and ghostly.

For those who love renovated old houses, Mo House is for you. The house itself is incredibly neat to stay in. I was in awe the whole time with how they renovated an old house and turned it into such a charming and inviting space. The location is excellent and you can walk to just about everything you need. If you bring car be prepared to park at least 5 minutes away

Superbe accueil et magnifique appartement
Superbe accueil de Diana, chaleureux, souriant, de très bon conseil, parfait. Magnifique appartement dans un ancien immeuble entièrement rénové avec beaucoup de soin et de gout, un rêve. Magnifique plancher en bois, poutres apparentes, pierre naturelle, très chaleureux. Situation centrale idéale pour visiter la ville, vue imprenable sur toute la ville. Très grande chambre, très spacieuse, chaleureuse, lumineuse et bien équipée (cuisine, bains, entrée avec placard) magnifique ! La salle de petit déjeuner est également magnifique avec un choix incroyable et d'une grande qualité. Un immanquable à Porto !

Beautiful Warm and Welcoming!
My family really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed at 3 different places during our trip around Portugal and this was our favorite. Diana made us feel welcomed when we checked in. The building and room were beautiful. The warmth of an old stone building with an updated style. The breakfast was also delicious! I would absolutely stay here again.

A must stay place in Porto
Amazing and outstanding place in Douro, views to the River, excellet room, great breakfast.Diana the manager gave us lots of tips to nice restaurants, places to visit, about the town. Room we had had a superb view to the river bank. It is good for romatic getaways and also for families too. Close to restaurants, historical sites, coffee shops among others. Very quiet , elegant and you also get a bonus of a small kitchen in the room to prepare a small meal and drink some wine while you appreciate the view and the sound of seagulls flying close.

Charmant hôtel cosy au cœur du centre historique!
Très chouette petit hôtel (moins de 10 appartements) situé au calme à quelques centaines de mètres du Douro, au cœur du quartier Ribeira. Nous y avons séjourné 3 nuits pendant les congés du Carnaval. L’accueil y a été très chaleureux, le personnel était au petit soin (petit-déjeuner excellent) et les literies étaient de très bonne qualité. Nous logions dans un appartement duplex 5 personnes (1 lit double et 3 lits individuels dans la partie mansardée) tout confort avec une petite cuisine, deux salles de bain (une baignoire et une douche) et un canapé confortable. Les lieux étaient cosy et bien décorés. Nous avons vraiment apprécié ce petit périple au Portugal. Si vous désirez passer un agréable séjour à Porto, n'hésitez plus, cette hôtel est pour vous. Nous y reviendrons volontiers. Bénédicte, Philippe et leurs enfants (Belgique).

Mo House ligger i den gamle bydel - i en lille sidegade med stort set ingen larm. Personalet var utrolig hjælpsomme. Morgenmaden var supergod - og kunne nydes indenfor eller i en lille glasoverdækket ”udestue” - med udsigt til en lille gårdhave. Næste gang vi skal til Porto, er det helt sikket med overnatning på Mo House.
