Atención superlativa en un lugar precioso.
Si bien el hotel es esencialmente corporativo, el viaje en pareja estuvo genial. La atención por parte del personal es superlativa. El lugar está genial, con una vista espectacular. Nuestra habitación daba hacia el Duero y fue todo de sueño. Muy recomendado.

Great hotel!!! Highly recommended, employees are extremely welcoming and friendly. The property is quite new and has a unique and inspiring design. The restaurant is excellent and the pool is a very relaxing spot. Thank you to everyone who made our stay remarkable, specially André, the property manager. We got a very nice upgrade to a room with a fantastic river view and a complementary bottle of red wine. Plus at checked in, we were offered a glass of a really nice white porto wine! If you are visiting Oporto, be certain The Lodge is your best option.

Excelente hotel
É um hotel muito novo, tudo funciona perfeitamente, extremamente limpo e os funcionários muito cordiais. O jantar é ótimo (apenas achamos a música ambiente alta demais) e o café da manhã também - porém poderia ter mais opções de frutas.

The Lodge provided an amazing stay. The hotel was beautiful, the room was large with 2 tvs, double shower, welcome fruit platter and great bed. The staff were exceptional!! The morning breakfast was inclusive of something for everyone and the on site parking was great.I would highly recommend a stay here. Thank you for an excellent time!

This was one of the most beautiful hotels we have stayed in. The rooms are spacious, the showers are fantastic and the beds are superb! The breakfast buffet rivals most hotels and the staff love being there. And, the location is close to numerous restaurants, port houses, and wineries, with a short walk across the bridge to the old city center.

This is a beautifully designed hotel in a great location on the other side of the river to Porto. The most comfortable beds, a heated swimming pool and lovely restaurant and bar. The food was amazing and the staff are friendly and courteous and can’t do enough to help. It’s an absolute gem and I can’t wait to come back to stay here.

Excellent hotel! Super clean, excellent location in Gaia (15 min walking from Porto), excellent restaurants near by. Breakfast was excellent. Amenities in the room, space, turnaround services: fantastic. Staff very professional and friendly. I strongly recommend the hotel - I stayed there with my wife and 2 children (3 and 10 years old).

This property was a vibe! The architectural details were lovely; carpeted floors that looked like concrete, cork wall accents, and bold finishes that spell out luxury. Beds were very comfortable and room amenities like nespresso and L’occitane toiletries were heaven!

The finish and decor of the hotel is exceptional. The staff are very helpful and professional and the breakfast selection was great. It is a pleasant 20 min walk over the bridge to Ribeira in Porto.

Property accessible and within reasonable walking distance to to Porto and main attractions. I was mostly impressed with the staff, breakfast, and comfort of room. A 5 star hotel indeed!! Front desk Marcelo was incredibly helpful and dining recommendations were on point.

Our wonderful stay at This hotel was enhanced by the amazing staff, breakfast included and welcome arrival port wine. Great location to view old town Porto and quickly be in the middle of it with a quick walk or tram ride

Don’t miss Anna’s incredible walking tour of the old town which is included complementary. Also, included free was 20 minute massage, breakfast, happy hour and staff making us feel right at home. Loved the professionalism of staff and so welcoming!

New and beautiful property and rooms with all the amenities. An extremely slow check in process. We were exhausted and just wanted to get to our room and shower but had to wait almost 45 minutes. The location, breakfast and incredible rooms made up for the slow check in process.
