Lindo hotel excelente vista
Creo que para una estadía romántica que puedas ver esas vistas desde la habitación justifica los 100 escalones que tenes que subir y bajar cada ve que queres ir al centro o s la playa En mi caso que fui sola es totalmente innecesario Hay hoteles sobre la calle de la entrada que miran hacia la bahía que está este hotel y lo disfrutaría más Hermoso positano Volvería

Great stay here!
Let's talk about the view first! Amazing! Bed was very comfortable, AC was great, staff couldn't be nicer or more helpful, and very clean. The was a small ant problem so no food in the room. Get yourself ready for the stairs from the beach to the hotel though, it was rough especially after dinner and wine. Side note Ristorante Mediterraneo is around the corner on the Hotel Street, don't miss out on that! All in all great stay and would definitely recommend.

The person at the reception wasn’t the most welcoming. But the person at the restaurant/service was really gentle. He made us stay better.

We thank you for your review, we are sorry that the receptionist was not so welcoming to you, but we also remind you that on your early arrival, the room wasn't ready. You asked a change room , opening the luggage in the midle of the sitting room leaving shoes on the floor . He only invited you to consider that the public areas couldn’t be used as a private room.

Stunning views from the room and the rooftop bar. If you are arriving via ferry take into consideration you have to climb A LOT of stairs, so maybe consider a cab ride or walk the driving street, it’s a los easier than the stairs. There is a porter service that charges 15 euros per bag. They are not from the hotel, they only wear some Blue Porter shirts and that’s it. I was a bit dubious at first but the work with many hotel around Positano. Once in the hotel everything was nice, BUT we used the blankets stored in the closet and they smelled pretty heavily, I don’t think they were washed in a bit. Other than that 👌

Casa Albertina offered THE most exclusive access to Positano. It’s located in prime viewing of the entire area and close to shops and restaurants without walking down to the base of the village. Be aware, it’s over 400 steps from the bottom to the door of hotel (this is very normal for Positano). We loved the hotel and the staff was extremely helpful with luggage and all of our needs. There were weather delays with the ferry boats leading to our trip to Capri being cancelled. The hotel made arrangements to allow us to have another room instead of being forced to look elsewhere. Amazing service and staff. 10/10

The hotel has an amazing view. We had a beautiful room with daily housekeeping and a lovely terrace to enjoy the view all day and evening. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious.

Booked the standard room which we found out had a view of a cement block wall with a water or propane tank on top of it. I’ll share the picture in the section that says I can post in. The guy at the front desk, forgot his name but bigger dude with man bun, very fake friendly. Other people very nice though.

We had a fabulous stay here! The staff is AMAZING and really go above and beyond for the guests. They even booked a cooking class for us on a rainy day. The breakfast is perfect to fuel up before a day of adventure in the Amalfi coast. There are a few steps you need to climb to reach the property but in the Amalfi coast in general this is very common and not a big deal. We loved it here and will definitely be back and recommend it!

Great location considering the layout of Positano. Close to stairs on the beach - it is a 450 step walk down* Close to a couple restaurants - Vincenzo's is a must try! You can get the hotel lobby to help you with your suitcases as there are some stairs to walk up Free delicious breakfast Very friendly staff - quite helpful as well!

포지타노에 숙소자체가 별로 없고 넘 비싸고 몇달전 예약도 힘들어서 얼른 별생각없이 잡았는데 좋았어요 뷰가 엄청예뻐서 방에만 있어도 좋고 깨끗하고 나갔다올때 항상 정리해줍니다 해변 가면 비치타월도 무료로 줘요 에어컨도 빵빵해서 금방 시원 욕조상태도 좋고요. 다만 숙소 오르내릴때 엄청난 계단…숙소에서 물 안줘서 매번 사러나가는데 맨몸으로도 힘들어죽겠는데 캐리어들고는 절대불가능이라 오고갈때 포터서비스 신청했는데 매번 30유로에요 그리고 방에서 식사사와서 먹는거 금지라 무조건 외식하셔야해요 참고하시길…

Dear Sir, Dear Madame, we are sorry but in Positano there are a lot of steps - porter service is expensive - from the hotel we can collect the luggage only from the road level non from the beach - the porter charge 15,00 euro per piece of luggage - the drinks in the minibar in the room are not free - in alternative you can always fill you bottle to the bar or at the breakfast room. Positano the vertical city - thank you for your visit

Very good location, great view and delicious breakfast. All staff were very friendly. We are highly recommend this place. The parking that working with the hotel charging €60 per night we found a closer spot for €40. These are the rates for September.

Based off of where we stayed the first half of our trip (near the beach), Casa Abertina according to Apple Maps was .3 miles away and an 8 minute walk. What it didn’t take into account were the 422 steps from the beach. So it is quite the hike! However, the staff was amazing, particularly Lorenzo. He went out of his way to accommodate us by allowing us to have wine on the deck, even when it was closed, and brought us cushions to sit on. He was even there the next morning, ensuring everything was good for our buffet breakfast - which was delicious!

Läget var utmärkt, servicen bra där de till och med hjälper till med att bära upp bagage för trappor (ca 70 trappsteg från main street). Frukosten var bra med stort utbud. Det som var lite sämre var skicket och renligheten där vi tex märkte att våra sänglakan inte byttes ut lika ofta som vi förväntat oss. Lakan och örngott byttes ut var 3e dag. Duschen var även den väldigt svag och dålig, tog 3 gånger så lång tid att duscha än vanligtvis pga överdrivet svag stråle. Det absolut största minuset och problemet med detta hotell var myrorna och spindlarna. De var väldigt många och fanns lite överallt. Vi gick ner till receptionen redan 30 minuter efter incheckningen för att berätta om problemet varpå de svarade med att komma till rummet och spruta lite gift här o var. Som vi förstod det och sedan själva också såg var det myror överallt i Positano, även i andra hotell. Pga ingen återbetalning bröstade vi myrorna men flyttade ut sängen till mitten av rummet för att minimera risken att hitta de gåendes på oss när vi vaknar. Vet inte om jag kan rekommendera detta hotell pga insekterna.

Gentile Cliente, con 42 gradi e un clima quasi tropicale come quest'anno non è semplice gestire l'arrivo di formiche come giustamente ha notato in tutto il paese. La natura che ci circonda non può essere sterminata, Greta Tumberg avrebbe dovuto insegnare qualcosa. Grati della Sua visita la saluto cordialmente

Camera con eccellente vista panoramica, non molto spaziosa. Parcheggio a pagamento distante circa 100 metri. Toilette priva di bidet e con doccia intasata. Piu che sufficiente la colazione a buffet, da consumare in terrazza

Had to park 100 yards from hotel and had to climb a lot of steps to hotel Don’t recommend visiting Jan/Feb time frame due to slow season and hotel was painting/refurbishing of hotel to get rooms and property ready for the tourist season Only 2 restaurants Open in later evening and the one we went to was too expensive and not good at all for the price

Dear Sir, Dear Madame, we than you for you visit, and off course you will excuse us to have been not ready 100% as in the summer season - technically the city of Positano has only January and February for painting/refurbishing , for this reason the rates of the few hotel open are less that 50% of the high season rate.
