Se trata de un alojamiento totalmente renovado y muy limpio. Tanto la atención como las instalaciones son mas que correctos. El desayuno se sirve a modo de bufet y es mas que completo. Muy recomendable.

Todo bien, buena ubicacion, no en el mismo centro pero tardas 10min a pie a la plaza. Camas comodas. Por poner algo malo, tuvimos unos vecinos muy ruidosos y a pesar que avisamos a recepcion, poco hicieron para arreglarlo, solo una simple llamada

Todo perfecto. Ideal para una escapada a Praga.
Muy buena ubicación, junto a parada de metro y de tranvía. Se puede ir caminando a prácticamente todos los lugares turísticos de Praga. Cerca del hotel hay restaurantes, tiendas y un centro comercial. Buena atención del personal de recepción. La habitación algo pequeña, pero con todo lo necesario y mobiliario moderno. El buffet para desayunar es pequeño, pero con variedad más que suficiente, buena calidad y limpieza. Puedes sentarte a tomar el desayuno en 3 salitas diferentes. Para repetir la estancia.

La estancia en el hotel ha sido fantástica. Todos los recepcionistas que nos atendieron fueron muy amables. Llegamos antes de la hora de checkin y nos permitieron dejar las maletas en una sala para luego regresar más tarde y hospedarnos. El desayuno bufet, delicioso y de amplia variedad!! El patio era muy bonito y fresco. Lo único que dejó un poco que desear fue la limpieza de las habitaciones. Pues uno de los días encontramos que toda la suciedad que habían recogido de la habitación la habían tirado en el pasillo justo frente a nuestra puerta... pero por todo lo demás, una estancia maravillosa!! Además de que está muy bien comunicada para andar en tranvía, metro, bus o andando.

Excelente hotel.
Por fuera luce una fachada algo vieja, pero tranquilo, no te dejes llevar por la primera imagen. Sus habitaciones son prácticamente nuevas y ¡son enormes! El baño es espectacular, súper amplio. Las habitaciones son gigantes y muy cómodas. Algo que me encanto, es que el hotel está muy céntrico, a dos cuadras de la cabeza de Kafka y a dos cuadras de la casa danzante y el río. El desayuno es bueno.

Fantástico
El trato del personal ha sido excepcional. Hacía mucho tiempo que no nos trataban así de bien. La cama comoda. La habitación adecuada para una pareja en un hotel de 4*. Se puede ir andando a todos los sitios de interés de Praga. El desayuno con variedad moderada, pero todo lo que probamos estaba bueno.

Average room with high price. They charge for even first water bottle and basic toiletries like moisturiser, dental kit etc which are normally provided free as standard in most hotels. Very limited Vegan/ Vegetarian options in Breakfast buffet. Location is good, just 2 mins walk from a tram station. Reception person was very friendly but was not willing to even extend check out time by 15-30 mins. Overall an average hotel as compared to previous reviews and rating.

We stayed at Garden Court Hotel for three nights mid week. Whilst it was clean and ‘did the job’ we wouldn’t stay again. The place felt a bit tired and soulless. Small changes like new pillows, as they were very flat, replacing the loose door handles and replacing the fabric headboard that was cracked and flaking would make it significantly better. The room was spacious and practical with lots of storage and a lovely shower, so covered our needs but just could be better. Breakfast was okay, however everyone is in a tiny room and where the buffet is is a miniature room, causing people to be stood right on top of each other and getting annoyed. Staff were clearly stressed, unbothered or past caring at breakfast too, which didn’t make it the most pleasant atmosphere. It was a bit of a free for all and in a tight space wasn’t ideal. The selection of breakfast was functional but not amazing - a few pastries, meats and cheeses, three types of cereal, bread, fruit salads and a yogurt bowl. The location is good, about 10 minutes out of the centre and as we were on the fourth floor, didn’t hear much traffic noise. The bed was very creaky and felt like it needed replacing, and I didn’t find it particularly comfortable, nor did we sleep much as there was a constant stream of noise in the corridor. Cleaners seemed to arrive early in the morning and say everything at the loudest volume too. The walls were paper thin and we could hear the conversations of neighbouring rooms.

Das Hotel ist super schön und sehr zentral gelegen. Personal unheimlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider hört man die Straßenbahn doch schon ziemlich. Aber das ist der einzige negative Punkt. Ansonsten Hotel jederzeit weiterzuempfehlen.

$5 for key card.. please watch for your key card
I had a bad experience about the room key card charge when we checked out. The hotel provided 4 key cards for my family. When we checked out, we noticed that a key card was lost. The manager asked euro 5 for a key card. Euro 5 is not a big deal for me but I travele around the world and stay in the hotels 50-60 days/ year. No hotel asks for the key card if we lost it. If the manager thinks $5 key card is very important cost for them, please must remind the guest" Don't lose it" when they check in. After receiving $5, please must issue a receipt to prove the money goes to the hotel and not to ???'ｓpocket. The streetcar line is next to the hotel. You can hear the noisy all day long. If the streetcar noisy bother you, please don't stay in this hotel.

Great hotel and good location
Room was clean and warm (we went in January!). Breakfast was varied and fresh every morning. There are different options which is great. Check-in was easy and quick. Service was good.

Boa localização e excelente preço qualidade
Correu muito bem! O quarto era lindo e espaçoso, com janelas no tecto onde era possível ver a neve a cair. Estava sempre quentinho e a cama era muito confortável. Fazia falta almofada extra e cobertor. Pequeno almoço ok. Localização muito boa! Casa de banho muito limpa.
