Key Access to "Temporary" Front Door is an Issue
The main issue with this property is that it has what I assume to be a temporary plywood door that is the entrance to the building. The door has a lock that works sometimes and doesn't work other times. This is a big issue and was not treated as such by the property manager or apparently the owner. On more than one occasion we had to follow other tenants into the building when the key was not giving us access. As a result of this unreliable access, we were reluctant to return to the apparent late in the evening out of fear of being locked out on the street for an extended time. The apartment itself is adequate however we were provided two bath towels for a 5 night stay, no shampoo. The bathroom sink is plugged and the toilet seat was loose. If the above issues are fixed it could achieve 4 stars for the reasonable rate and good location.
