Expedia you ruined my 56th birthday!!!! I got a very small room in a hotel maybe 3 stars maximum 4 and you said five and told your gold friends etc... It's disappointing that you don't live up to what you advertise, I didn't get anything!!! I didn't even get the room before 3 o'clock and they didn't agree to return it for another second, a real shame and disgrace!!!!!

Es un buen hotel en Praga. Buen servicio. Buen desayuno. La habitacion es normal, pero con un baño espectacular. Queda en la zona turistica y por lo tanto hice todos mis paseos caminando. Muy bien ubicado.

Esta muy lindo el hotel y cómodo, solo que la habitación que pedimos de no fumar empezó a oler a cigarro por todos los días que nos quedamos y llamamos para avisar y no solucionaron nada. Fue demasiado incómodo y no nos dieron ninguna razón y tampoco les preocupo. El restaurante es muy lento. El bufete es muy bueno por la mañana

Nice hotel needs upgrade for 5 stars.
Nice hotel, Great location, nice staff at reception but 5 star hotel should include a service where are staff are well informed of tours and events. They had no idea because they give you Info but not the best choice. Cleaning service for the room very deficient, and they don’t put new utilities or towels unless asked and the girl told me sorry I don’t have big towels while she was on her phone cleaning. Night room service regarding food : one word and that is terrible. Room was big beautiful, great bed and pillows. Fantastic location. So if you plan all your things on your own , it is a great place to stay knowing that cleaning service is bad. Hope the management can do or prepare all there staff.it is. It a criticism it is the reality of that hotel.

Muy recomendable
Muy buen hotel en muy buena localizacion. La habitacion muy amplia, con una cama muy comoda y la ducha espectacular. El spa muy bonito y el gimnasio un poco justo pero hace su funcion. El desayuno es variado y de calidad, se puede tomar en la terraza. Una noche decidi cenar en el hotel media hora antes de que cerraran y el recibimiento por parte del camarero fue un poco brusco y encima cuando le dije que tenia un descuento tal y como me dijeron en recepcion el me respondio igual de bruscamente que eso cuando fuera a hacer el check out. El unico pero que pude tener es que el servicio de wifi es bastante malo, al menos desde la habitacion que estuve.

Gran decepción en Praga
Infraestructura muy buena, clásica y excelente desayuno, PERO deficiente atención a quienes reservan por sitios de internet. Reservamos una habitación con vista al patio por 3 noches, y nos asignaron una habitación sin ventanas y sólo con dos tragaluces en el techo. Esto fue más incómodo de lo que pensamos inicialmente al aceptar esa habitación, ya que daba la sensación de estar enterrados mirando el cielo y con sensación de claustrofobia. Al día siguiente al leer el detalle de la pieza reservada, reclamé en recepción y en forma muy amable me dijeron que me cambiarían a otra habitación. Pedí ver la nueva habitación pero me dijeron que no tenían disponible por el momento pero que durante el día ellos trasladarían nuestro equipaje. Al llegar a la noche nos dieron la llave de la nueva habitación, que tenía la ventana hacia el patio pero estaba localizada en la parte más alejada del ascensor y había que cruzar por un sector donde estaban almacenados colchones para reposición (adjunto fotografía), algo que nunca había visto y creo que no corresponde a la categoría que anuncia este hotel. Yo esperaba un upgrade por la habitación mal asignada la primera noche, y sentí que la nueva habitación era una burla o castigo por haber reclamado la primera habitación sin ventanas. Una reflexión importante a futuros viajeros: revisen en detalle si la habitación corresponde a lo reservado. Al parecer hay hoteles que entregan las peores habitaciones a quienes reservan por sitios como este.

Leider sehr hellhörige Zimmer, hell leuchtende Bedienleisten am Bett für Klimaanlage etc. stören beim Einschlafen, Vorhänge gehen nicht komplett zu. Das Badezimmer hatte einen großen Wasserschaden an der Decke. Sehr umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet.

Large, comfortable rooms. A delicious breakfast buffet. Exceptionally well located. Within walking distance of many sites, pubs, and restaurants. I only wish that cable TV had an English service. The staff were courteous and helpful. I would certainly stay again.

***Best hotel we have ever stayed in** We arrived 3 hours early for check in so we got to enjoy the lounge where we had drinks and food included in our stay. The choice was unbelievably great. The location was perfect, really central to everything. Staff we so friendly. Our room was the room that kept on giving, especially loved the automactic opening of the curtains and the bathroom and the beds were so comfy. Ate at the hotel restuarant as both nights as the food was world class and we enjoyed the casino where we won money both nights, easy to sign up and got given a free drink. Enjoyed the majesty bar in the evenings aswell and the entertainment was fantastic. We will most definately be returning it made our stay. 10/10

Rooms are well appointed, with all amenities, and beds are very comfortable! Wall buttons for lights and drapes is a wonderful convenience. The included breakfast is spectacular! Top notch buffet with something for all diets. The hotel also had a beautiful bar. Walking distance to so much...Old Town Square, a mall, tons of restaurants and lots of local shopping!!! I highly recommend Kings Court!!

The hotel was just perfect. Perfect location. Excellent breakfast, the room was large, spacious, 2 amazing showers, very very clean. adelle restaurant was very good. I highly recommend the hotel, I will definitely come back again

Outstanding property in Old Town Prague. Superb location and the hotel was modern, clean, and comfortable. That was my second stay at the hotel and if I go back to Prague again, I will stay there a third time.
