Return Trip to Provo Townhome

This is our second, maybe third return trip to this Provo townhome. For our frequent multi day visits to Utah County, this property is our first choice. It's central location and features are a value to us - we will most likely return again!

Close to downtown!

This is our second time staying in this complex managed by the same company. Check-in process is very simple, we appreciate being able to park in the garage. The home is exactly as show in the photos and clean. We didn't cook so I can't attest to how stocked it is but the beds were comfortable and appreciated the toiletries provided. Neighborhood is quiet, Smith's grocery store is around the corner as is the Convention Center. Plenty of food places within walking distance. I highly recommend! (We're here every year for a Convention so we'll book next year!) Thank you!

Wonderful

This is our 2nd time staying in this condo. It is in a perfect location and the grocery store is right across the street. It is very clean and well appointed. We love the fireplace! Wish it had cable but we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home

Our stay was absolutely lovely.Everything about the house was inviting. The house was well stocked and had comfortable beds. The home is within walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

A Good Place to Stay

A good place for me and my family to stay. Loved the grocery store being just across the street, being close to downtown and just a few minutes from BYU. It made our stay in Provo while our daughter attended a camp at BYU comfortable, restful, and enjoyable.

Great location!

Perfect location in Provo close to BYU and city center. Property was very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Very modern with everything I needed. The two car garage was nice so I always knew I had a place to park! I would definitely stay here again!

Best stay in Provo

This place was awesome! I loved absolutely everything about it. The location was perfect, with great restaurants and amenities all within walking distance. The condo was tastefully decorated, comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen was was well stocked with all the supplies we needed for a lovely stay. I would absolutely stay here again next time I’m in Provo and would totally recommend it to anyone.

We had such a wonderful experience. From the ease of communication with the owner to the experience of staying in this beautiful property. 5 star all the way! The location is amazing. The property is stunning. Better than the pictures. All the amenities. The 2 car garage was so great. The complex is all new and very nice and quiet. We will be back again! Best VRBO experience we’ve ever had.

Perfect location in the middle of everything! Beautiful home, comfortable beds, true two car garage. We were able to park 2 mid size suvs next to each other and still open the doors and get in and out. (For reference it was a 2022 Hyundai Tucson and a 2023 Lincoln aviator) we will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in Provo.

Great location!

Great location. Very close to all the restaurants, convention center and a grocery store across the street. Although we would stay here again, you should know the condo contains the very bare minimum. There is no dish soap, no cleaning supplies, no kleenex, no extra blankets, no games, books, etc. I think it is important to know that so you can come prepared. However, it is a nice clean condo and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for our needs. Townhouse was very clean and spacious. Close to Convention Center and all downtown restaurants. Contact was extremely responsive and we had no issues minus a few basic questions. Quiet complex and having our own parking garage was a bonus!

Rustic cabin weekend

Our group of 8 had a wonderful long weekend! The house is very charming and the hot tub on the deck offers a spectacular view of the river. The host is very responsive and we look forward to returning during the warmer months.

Great place to stay!

I highly recommend staying here. Very clean with all the modern conveniences. The Wi-Fi was a little slow & that’s literally the only thing that wasn’t perfect & the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of five. We’ll be staying here again!
